Hotel was good, restaurant located in the same parking lot. But cleaning staff did not refill coffee, take used towels that were on the floor, nor replace them unless asked. Breakfast was decent but the "cooking" station did not have a cook, only a staff member that didn't know how to cook very well. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but their policy on asking for replenishments after your room is "cleaned" should change.
Quick and efficient last minute booking through Expedia. At check-in the friendly staff person accommodated my
request for ground -level room (no elevator and recent knee injury). Bed was soft -not my preference but MANY people would really enjoy that comfort! Really clean and close to where I was working.
The Days Inn is located in the heart of Auburn, away from highway and railroad noise. Emerald Downs Raceway is located …More
Came in late the night we arrived - was happy with our room and check in was quick. The lady in the morning was nice and our room was clean and got serviced the whole time we were there. Overall great for the price and they were really helpful and went above and beyond to print out directions for us as well. I would totally recommend staying here - it's not the Hilton, but I didn't pay Hilton's prices either. We got a great deal and will come back for sure.
"Pretty Comfortable stay if not for the loud AC uni"
Overall a pretty good stay for 3 nights arriving in late but check in was pretty smooth and the staff has put the username and password along with the room keys when we checked in without us asking.
Room is kept up to date and clean. We got the upstairs room and didn’t hear the train noise that other travelers have mentioned. However, the AC unit is pretty loud at times.
The breakfast quality is a bit unstable and the hours are pretty short. Typically on weekend, breakfast is open till 10am but this place closes at about 9am although the staff isn’t forcing people out. The coffee and juices are watery at times.
Now considered a Seattle suburb, Auburn has roots as a farming community but is increasingly known for its industrial and business parks. Auburn’s many recreational opportunities include the SuperMall of the Great Northwest, the Emerald Downs Racetrack, the Muckleshoot Casino, and the White River Amphitheater. Sounder Station, Auburn’s large commuter rail hub, holds a weekly Farmers Market.
