This hotel is perfect for not only families, who can enjoy the beach and America's longest boardwalk literally right downstairs, but also a group of friends, who can take advantage of our excellent location! The Space: While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit. This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- We own 1 parking spot that we provide guests for free! Extra parking is $20/car per day; includes "come & go" privileges. \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee. Drip coffee machine for our real enthusiasts \- Fitness center access \- 1 complimentary parking per reservation Bed Configuration: Studio: 1 queen and 1 sofabed Wheelchair accessibility: some units are accessible so please ask us in advance to ensure you have an accessible 1st floor unit! Guest Access: Guest have access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities The Neighborhood: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
