This is the best place to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor. The Space: This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hardrock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
