Pros: How smoothly things went and no complaints
Location: Easy to get to of the ac expressway and lots of stores and places to eat another reason we booked again
The room was clean the beds were comfortable and rooms décor was nice already booked another stay for next weekend

Not far from the casinos

The stay was great until the water went out the staff couldnt explain what happened or even how long it would take to restore the water and when it did come on they didnt give us a call to let us know that everything was good there is no room service execpt frozen pizza and packaged pasta

Hôtel trop près autoroute et en plus les avions

Hôtel vraiment a déconseillé Pas de place au petit déjeuner Lit vraiment inconfortable Avion et autoroute qui passent dans la chambre.

the room is ok, but the beds are horrible

Pros: The kitchen
Cons: The breakfast and the bed
Location: it was ok and easy to find the beach and the stores
The neighboring room was too loud, The room was ok with the kitchen and working the world pool was difficult. I did NOT sleep all weekend. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise was terrible. The breakfast was not cooked good and they only had pork sausages which I think for health reasons they should have had a second option for the their guest that are Muslims they should have definitely had a second option.

Family room

Pros: Clean and cozy includes breakfast!
The room was very cozy and comfortable, clean, great ac. Jacuzzi tub was nice ! Even had an indoor pool for the kids. Nice touch Breakfast included in morning was awesome great hotel if u want just a quick get away. Clean and staff is pleasant!

Feels like home!

Semi clean rooms

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Pool area needs upgrades, cleaning, regular maintenance. Towels need to be laundered more regularly and available to guests. Mgmt. not very effective
Location: Near enough to AC to make it convenient, also to Ocean City. Many options for food within driving distance.
Rooms were semi-clean. Linens were washed, but had stains. Bed cover weighed about 20 pounds and was not very clean. Towels in room were good. Spa tub creaked and moved underfoot. I thought I was going to break through the bottom at any moment. Hot tub and pool area are in major need of upgrading, cleaning and repair. Hot tub water was so murky that I couldn't see my feet. Bottom of hot tub has a drain with a cover, but the cover wasn't screwed on and kept moving. Was afraid my foot was going to go into the drain. No towels available 2 days in a row. Mgr. said they were all in the wash and would be out in 30 min. Both nights they never came out, ever. Manger told us to use our room towels. Hall carpets desperately in need of shampooing. I walked from my room to the pool area in socks. They were clean when I left my room and filthy when I got down the hall. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, fresh, plentiful. Housekeeping didn't replace things like ice bucket liners, cups, etc. Ice machine flushed itself for over 24 hours straight. Gurgling water could be heard all night. Smoke detector flashed the entire time we were there. Probably needed a battery.

Not a great experience.

Location: Approx 10-15 min from Atlantic City
Hubby and I stayed over for one night. Front desk staff was as friendly and as accommodating as possible. On check in, we immediately noticed a number of loud children running around the lobby area. Front desk staff stated there was a baseball tournament going on in the area. :( We asked for a room away from the group and we received. Our room was ginormous!! We've never had a room so big! Like a bachelor sized apartment. Beautiful and clean and spacious with lots of charging stations. However, those stations don't do much good if you can't connect to the free wifi. We complained to the front desk. They said it's because all the kids were on their devices eating up the hotel data. All night we tried to connect....we have families and online planning to do too! SO FRUSTRATING!! Hotel owners need to buy a better plan so their guests are not inconvenienced when there are a lot of people in the hotel using their wifi or clearly state in your listing that when you have a full house, you have LIMITED WIFI!! Many travelors today DEPEND on wifi. If that wasn't frustrating enough, the next morning we faced a poorly managed and too small breakfast room. The breakfast room has about a dozen or so tables. Not enough when you have a full house! We waited in line for about 20 min. Staff couldn't keep up with the eggs and sausage. Single guests seated at a table for 4 sat obliviously sipping their coffee and reading the newspaper...after they finished eating. Unreal!
