We had a King suite with a jacuzzi tub, as advertised on Expedia. The room looked just like the pictures.

Not worth the money...try other hotels on the stri

Pros: The size of the jacuzzi, and the location
Cons: room cleanliness, on-site repair/mechanical technician (phone/televisions), and the free breakfast is not as pictured on the site!!!
When I arrived on 12/20/2016, immediately there were problems with the cleanliness of my first room, so I was moved to a second room that was barely cleaner than the last ( which had hairs in the bathtub, toilet seat, and stains on the mirror, in addition the carpet had not been properly vacuumed). The second room, as I mentioned was cleaner but the television did not work, the comforter smelled like cigarette smoke and neither of the two telephones were in working condition ( this , I discovered, in the midst of a shower), my fiancee had to use his cell phone to call down to the front desk!! After an unsuccessful attempt at fixing the television, the staff member gave up, and I was switched to a third room that was better, but I had wasted a total of two and a half hours of my booked stay!!!! I informed the front desk the following morning,of all the details and inconveniences of the night before, so as to to discuss some agreeable compensation , and was assured that a manger would contact me the following day, 12/22/2016. I allowed two days to go by, with no response from the hotel manager, "Ray", as I was only given his first name, and I called back. I was then reassured that the manger would get back to me immediately after the holiday (Christmas), and as of today, January 8, 2017, I have heard nothing!!

Going downhill

Pros: On the plus side the breakfast was better than most. It is likely still better than some of the other Motels on this road.

Location: Location is fairly good for Stockton College, Atlantic City.
I had stayed at this hotel in the past and it was fine. This time ,however, it seemed as if the hotel was going downhill. The pool and hot tub were not heated until I told the desk, even then the tub was only lukewarm. The shower and tub were hard to operate and needed grab rails. The desk clerk was inattentive and spent a lot of time yelling at someone on the phone. It seemed as if they were trying to save money on the electric bill. Probably won't stay there again

Only issue on my stay here was that the elevator was out besides that staff was polite & they was very helpful when you needed them.

great checking by friendly host. nice room with plenty of space . Easy to get to airport for 7am flight wirh wakeup call as promises. the host even apologized that breakfast would start after we left in am, and gave us a welcome bag with a few snacks. would stay therected againot

Loud music even after manager personally addressed Holes in walls on stairwells all levels Towels felt like sand paper Tub had ring Stained carpet This is not a country inn just using the name
