Hotels typically put Expedia customers in the same rooms each time. So for reference, I stayed in room 214. The room was older yes, but the bathroom was DIRTY! The toilet bowl had a ring around it like it hasn't been cleaned in months! It also was some dried up spilled juice on the tub. Also, the breakfast was over by 930a. I will not stay there again.

Great stay , wanted a little getaway for relaxation , suite had jetted tub that was huge and could fit me and my husband comfortably. I have a esa emotional support dog and was easy to show her paper work without having any issues with us having her with us . Will always come and stay here if needed .

My husband and I have been coming to this property for over 7 years now, and it has fallen a bit. It could be from the pandemic. The rooms have not changed, the cleanliness is the same, great. The included breakfast has changed dramatically. There used to be a real choice breakfast with sausages, eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, and others. Now, mini muffins, bagels, apples, yogurt, and packs of unflavored oatmeal. Convenience is still available with Shoprite, Dollar General, McD’s, Wawa, Denny’s, gas stations, and of course a straight run to Atlantic City, and right off the Garden State Parkway. (NJ) Customer Service is good. The inside pool is shut down, and the hot tub. The three pieces of exercise equipment don't work. Parking is still free. I like this place but it seems to be going downhill. Corporate, you have a gem don’t lose it. Juanita G.

Nothing it was dirty and nasty, i had toilet paper and blood on the seat. The room hadnot been cleaned or used prior to my arrival, because i didnt get there until 1230 am. I would not recommend to anyone. And they didnt have anyone to clean or another room. I had to drive home 2 hours.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the expected standards. Upon entering our room, we were dismayed to discover leftover food from the previous guests, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable. Additionally, the shower handle was extremely difficult to turn, posing an inconvenience and discomfort during our stay. The most distressing incident occurred when my wife got locked in the bathroom due to a malfunctioning door. This situation caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and prompt attention to maintenance and safety issues is crucial. Furthermore, the indoor pool water was excessively cold, making it impossible for us to enjoy a relaxing swim. This amenity is a significant part of the hotel experience, and the discomfort caused by the temperature made it unenjoyable. I believe these issues significantly detracted from our overall stay, and I trust that your team will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents in the future. Overall stay was ok since we were there only one night. Check in process was horrible. The line was out the door to check in as there was only one staff member doing check in. The credit card process is super slow. Breakfast was ok! The hotel itself is outdated. The bathroom was very clean but carpet is stained and the smell of the room somewhat moldy. The beds were very comfortable and comforters as well.

This property used to be nice now it's run down and dirty. Will not stay here again. The carpet was disgusting from the hallways to elevator to the rooms. There is no upkeep here

The hotel overall was fine. The check in and checkout process was a snap with very friendly workers. The breakfast was a little on the down side but its hard to criticize free. They only had bagels and muffins and just apples. It would have been great if a cereal option was available and they didn’t offer butter for the bagels, only cream cheese.
