The Space: While each CozySuite is designed according to our style and décor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, décor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit. This studio unit condo is suitable for three leisure or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 600 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: \- Direct beachfront and boardwalk access \- We own 1 parking spot that we provide guests for free! Extra parking is $20/car per day; includes "come & go" privileges. \- Bike & umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk \- Washer dryer on each floor. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: \- Absecon Lighthouse \- Atlantic City Aquarium \- Marine Mammal Stranding Center \- Renaissance Plaza \- Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Not for the business traveler. Not as pictured and had to request for the unit to be cleaned, stocked with what was in the pictures and had to walk 20 stories down when elevators didn't work on Sunday. ##### Donna c. They allowed my pet without any issues and I was grateful for that. Check in was easy, so was getting my car registered for free parking in the air garage. Noise was not terrible, but could hear some people in other units partying from time to time. Unit was clean and decent, had some defects and worn furniture but nothing to really complain about. Bathroom was spacious and shower/tub was great. Kitchen was small but it had the essentials needed to cook and clean up. View from my window was not great, it overlooked the entrance circle to the Showboat and the parking garage. You could see ocean by looking to the side and around the Hard Rock buildings. Laundry as the end of the hallways was nice and convenient. The only thing that was lacking was communication between myself and the host. I wanted to extend my stay and asked about that right away. I was told that the unit was available, it would be looked into and I would hear back from Cozy Suites. Days went by without word so after 3 days I again asked about extending my stay. I received a message back stating that I couldn’t extend my stay because the unit was rented out to someone else. It was available when I initially asked but because it took them so long to get back to me, it was rented out to another person. I am in the process of moving to AC and cozy suites could have had my business for and extended period of time, but they showed me that their customer service skill are lacking ##### Jodi H.
