Sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for groups of all sizes. Bedroom #1: Primary King with private sunroom access. Bedroom #2: Comfortable queen bed with shared bath. Sitting Area off entryway, Interior Washer/Dryer, Covered Patio with Furniture, Gas Grill, Dock on the Canal that will accommodate up to 30 ft boat. NOTE: Boat lift is not available for guest use at any time. Linens and Towels are provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. No Smoking. Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds).
