Never ever ever again
There was literally a mouse in our room. Shower was not clean—full of mildew and hair. Sink didn’t turn work in the bathroom—literally turned it on and no water came out. Overhead light was broken and strobing. Team was apathetic and not interested in resolving issues for me or for other guest who were struggling. Poor check in, check out, grossly understaffed. Would never stay here again. The worst Marriott I’ve ever been to.

The photos didn’t represent what we had as a room. The photos make the hotel feel warm and inviting yet the unpainted raw concrete walls and ceilings made it feel the opposite. The king bed had a dip in the center that my wife and I kept rolling into. Neither one of us got any sleep and the pillows were too firm and full in size for either of us. We were glad it was only 1 night. Staff was great. Easy valet service ( no self parking available).

The hotel has a strict no smoking policy. The additional 350 charge was a result of this policy being disregarded by this guest.

Property is in a well located area, needs to be a bit of a face lift, wall looked retouched, and pull out sofa beds broken, need to invest on new furniture if they are considering have multiple people stay. Also the lobby felt like a sweatshop, need to cool it down especially during summer, felt like I walked into a sauna after a workout. Overall it was decent, food was ok.

Unfortunately not a good stay, due to these issues: - the bedsheet in closet for sofa bed had blood stains on it ( Incan share a picture) - inspire of numerous calls from room to guest services and from personal phone to hotel (total of atleast 10-12 calls over a course of our stay ), none of our calls were picked up. I needed to go down to reception desk from my room on 12th floor to get new sheets and blankets for the sofa bed). An expedia agent even tried to call hotel with the above issue and their call was not answered either. - Our room was not made either of the 2 days of our stay - inspite of explicitly requesting it the 2nd day because our kitchen trash was full and we were almost out of toilet paper. We discussed these issues with manager and they tried to make things right at the checkout to the extent possible (partial credit and head of housekeeping noted down our issues) , however we remain deeply disappointed with this experience (we were traveling with family from outside the country and wanted the best experience for them with the autograph collection hotel, but instead we witnessed lack of the most basic hotel services).

Overall it’s a good hotel, a little pricey, but is ok, we only stay there for the night but I noticed many things, mold on the glass shower, shower handle all loose, remote control has no battery, and a few other things.

We reserved a 2 queen room, got a king, also supposed to get comp’d drinks that was forgotten. There were 2 different families playing very loud and vulgar music at the pool, security guard did nothing. Experience has been disappointing.

I really wanted to like it…but didn’t.
Front desk and bar staff extremely nice. The amenities are great, pool, gym. Room…a different story. Toilet was broken, called four times, was never fixed. Tons of hair in the shower (not mine unless my hair length grew eight inches overnight). The neighborhood (not the hotel’s fault) borders some really cool things like the Civil Rights Museum, Aquarium, Coke World, etc, but also some rough areas so if you’re not familiar with Atlanta, be extra cautious.

Smokey/Vape smell
We stayed for 2 nights this week and my only real complaint was the rooms and halls of 11th and 13th smelled of smoke like they were smoking rooms. The nice gentleman at the front desk politely moved us to a different room. The room smell was much better but the halls smelled as if someone was smoking all the time. Not sure if it was a vape pen or what but it really was horrible. I had to come home and wash every single thing in our bags and air out everything. They did their best to accommodate and were very polite and quick to fix. It still just smelled horrible.

Very poor house-keeping. First suite we got had rotting crab on plate, and dirty wine glasses in the refrigerator, perhaps left by previous guests. We got room changed - slightly better but lacked enough pillows/blankets for sofa bed. Moreover, house-keeping dis not come clean and fix beds for the second night. Pool was ok, but had quite a few leaves and some toys at the bottom - could use some cleaning. Overall far from 4-star hotel experience.

The rooms are very nice and spacious but the check in was very unprofessional. The system was shut down and we had to wait for it to be fixed to check in which we were not notified when the system was up and running. Also, they gave us a room and someone was already in it when we walked in, they gave us another room and the key card did not work. Too much going on at check in.

Terrible communication. Front desk staff were extremely rude and condescending. Check in time was at 3 PM. We were not given a room until almost 6 PM. We had to sit in the lobby with several other families for hours. There was no firm estimate given on when a room would be provided. The staff were aggravated and openly hostile when approached to check the status of receiving our room. Inquiring about the situation felt like I was committing a crime and about to be tossed in to hotel jail. This place charges a ridiculously high fee for a room with little amenities offered and provides terrible customer services. We booked the room to attend a concert that started at 6:30 pm… we made it to our seats in the venue at 7:45 pm. If it wasn’t for Taylor Swift the whole trip would have been a disaster. Somehow the mega pop star provided a better personalized experience to a crowd of 80,000 people than the 2 agents verbally sparring with customers from behind the check in counter. The homeless man out front was more helpful when giving us directions to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. I was happy to give him a tip. If I ever return to Atlanta I’ll bring a sleeping bag… I’d rather sleep outside than ever step foot in this “hotel” again.

Ok location but not up to hotel brand standard. Had to ask for towels got them but they were damp. Two rooms we had use both had maintenance issues including the toilet. The same food options every day for breakfast lunch and dinner it was not a lot to choose from Staff was great though
