The room was terrible. Nothing was clean, used sheets, no pillows for one of the beds, worst hotel experience i have ever had.

The property was not as clean as hoped .. not dirty it will due in a pinch.. need a upgrade/ remodel... Sheet did not fit the bed came off the bed and had to remake the bed all night.. the blankets were cheap material.. Morning staff was dry they got my needs but no hospitality....

The one good thing I can say is the staff was very courteous and professional but not very helpful with Wi-Fi issues. The hot water pressure was very low and made it hard to take a comfortable shower. The pictures on the website were a bit deceiving much nicer and newer. Not much of a continental breakfast but they do make an effort. But like I said everyone was very courteous and professional.

Rooms need a remodel, a few outlets didn't work. The shower had used soap in the soap dish, and an old washcloth was by the sink.

It has some shady stuff going on there not to mention had to go to hospital after waking up covered in welts apparently I'm allergic to bed bugs the owner had the audacity to keep my deposit for checking out late when if I hadn't been in the hospital getting Benadryl shots I would of checked out on time but even so we weren't there our belongings and the bed bugs still are because the owner asked what bed as if that matters and is the only place you have to spray disgusting and all you hear is the bar and the lazy white biker dude will tell you cash and pocket it and the owner looks the other way I'm filing a civil suit against them I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau but like the owner said it's his place they can't do nothing to him but what's messed up IS BOOKING WYNDHAM HOTELS IS ALLOWING HIM TO TARNISH THEIR BRAND!! NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE ALL THESE CHARGES HE CAME UP WITH TO KEEP MY MONEY WHEN I PAID TWICE ONCE ON MY CARD HE SWORE I DIDN'T AND ONCE IN CASH AND YES I HAVE THE RECEIPTS AND ALL SORTS OF PHOTOS

The hotel was fine. The only issue I had was lying an additional $100 deposit when I actually checked in - and I haven’t received a refund of that deposit even though a significant amount of time passed since check out. I called Super 8 and supposedly they refunded my account but my bank has no record of said refund. I’ve never had this issue before.

Receptionist was an elderly man, rude, so unfriendly, won’t smile and spoke with such disdain. Took him literally 36 minutes to process check-in for one guest. And there weren’t other guests present at the time. Then provided an unactivated key card in a side of the hotel about 3-5 minutes walk away from the reception. Why Super 8 would employ such person is the reason I will never be able to return back there again or recommend anyone.

Worst room
Roaches in the bed, shower didn’t work, the tv wouldn’t come on and the telephone in the room didn’t work so we could call down to the office to let them know that the tv wasn’t working. The bed was uncomfortable as well. Mold in the sink.. the list goes on and on.. I don’t mind paying for a hotel room but this was the worst experience I have ever had in my 53 years of living. The manager refused to give me a discount on the room even after I told him about the problems. We didn’t check in until after midnight and just didn’t want to walk back down 3 flights of stairs and get in our car to drive back to the front desk to discuss the issues. We will NOT ever stay here again!!

Checked into one room and it smelled like sewage and plumbing issues combined… checked into another room that smelled a lil better , after using my entire travel size can of Lysol I was okay … shower was great , AC was great , bed was comfortable, sheets were clean ….it was nice to have fridge and microwave, clean towels and a very great working iron!

rooms are repainted over old paint multiple times. the rooms smell ranced and smoky. Breakfast is coffee and frozen egg sandwiches. sinks are falling off walls. all appliances like microwave are dirty. trash was in the room from a previous guest. dusting had not been done in a long time. rust on doors and lamps. bedding has holes.

It was horrible, rooms were moldy, musty and rusty. Had bugs in the bed. Overpriced, no breakfast. Cops won't even come if you needed them. Front counter people getting desth threats

We were there 3 weeks they never changed the sheet or cleaned the room. We had to ask them for clean towels, sheets (that we put on ourselves). The shower drain was clogged up, we had to clean it out so the shower water would drain. When I put my hand on the shower wall it was sticky, paint came off of the shower - I showed this to management - he told me I needed to was my hands. Very bad experience - the breakfast was bad too.

The pictures online that shows a beautiful property with clean rooms, fresh linen and a pretty decent bathroom in good condition is very deceiving as that is not what you see when checking in. There is no continental breakfast but some frozen microwaveable sandwiches that were picked up from the QT gas station across the street. There was no iron or ironing board in the room despite the description of the room stating there would be one. If you check out early, there is no receipt they can give you that states you checked out. And when you call the hotel number and press 2 for the front desk, the call is disconnected so there is no speaking to the front desk. The night manager is very rude and his demeanor is very unprofessional. This hotel needs to be visited by the Georgia Health Department and the Wyndham Hotel Brands as this hotel shouldn’t have any affiliation with the Wyndham brand. Save your money, book somewhere else. Do not trust the beautiful pictures they show you online, go to google and read those reviews and check out those pictures:

I reserves two nights and the only reason we stayed the first night is because our flight got delayed and we got to this hotel at 2:00 am. Otherwise we have left immediately. The bedding sheets had blood stains including the curtains. The bathroom was so dirty that I didn’t allow my kids to shower. I check out the next day and book another hotel in Atlanta area. I rather loose my money for the second night that staying there with my family. The kids couldn’t sleep because they were itching from the blankets. The Most terrible experience in a hotel we have ever had!

The room is stayed was not cleaned sence the last time we were there .we had the same room. The microwave was black still the vents were covered in dust and the windows were so nasty. Oh we rented a suite but got a big room with a frigerator with no freezer the door was hard to open to get into our lobby to our room. We complained about how dirty it was the last time we stayed. So i went once more to complaine about a microwave i could not use once again. But this time they gave us a new microwave on our last night there. And they were cleaning the parking lot up when we were leaving so maybe they are going to clean the place up.i tried adding my photos but it will not let me.

The location is ok. But the room was horrible! The bathroom fan did not work so every time we took a shower the bathroom the sink the walls everything was wet! Lets not get started with the air! As soon as we walked in the room was so humid it was like the beds were wet and the walls as well! Every time we left the room we could not leave the air on!

The staff was very rude. Yelled at us for getting a crib for our child. We ask for clean sheets for the cribb after cleaning the dry food and poop and dirt from under the mattress the had dirty socks under it! Then we ask for sheets for the hideway bed because it didn't have any on it or a blanket only to be told they didn’t have extra sheets or blankets we would have to make due!! But they did Finley bring us a set of sheets.the Microwave in both rooms were dusty brown and black stuff inside them. The hide away bed had holes in the mattresss and black mildew on it. The sheets we had to sleep on were dirty and had holes in them so did the curtains had holes in them the windows were dirty.and the bathroom was didn't and the towels and rags didn’t seem clean . We had a dinning table with no chairs. And one suite had no walls it was just a big room. And my door to my room waa lose like it had been kicked in. The breakfast was good it was toast or a English muffin or cookies and they ended it a 830am not much time at all. Oh and the pools is out of order which thats good because maybe they cleaning it .because it was nasty when i stayed in june unfortunately i had alreay booked my stays ahead of time for the summer and this hotel is nonrefundable so im stuck!! I tried to add my pictures i took but it will not let me!!!!! I video as well

It was a good stay for the price and location nearby the downtown Atlanta area. The staff is friendly, checking in was simple. Breakfast was simple: microwave sausage biscuits, toaster oven waffles, coffee, tea, OJ and apple juice. The grounds looked okay, just some basic litter around but not to much.One other good feature was the location was next to the interstate, gas stations (Quick Trip open 24\7, good staff), family dollar,and some other good fast food places nearby. I would recommend staying again.

Needs a desperate upgrade!! Sitting chair was raggedy and ripped, bed spread was dirty and had cigarette holes in it, dingy and stained wash cloths and towels, filthy carpet, sheets had stains, and refrigerator was not cold. TV was nice
