Important: We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay the non-refundable $38 through Truvi. Additionally, guests must send the Refundable Damage Deposit via Cash App or Zelle. We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10am so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and/or bringing pets other than dogs, and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $175 dollars instead of $100. Check-out Policy: All guests must check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been requested, approved by the host, and paid for in advance. If any guest remains after 10:00 AM without approval: \- A $200 fee applies for the first hour (10:00–11:00 AM). \- After 11:00 AM, an additional $100 per hour will be charged. Late check-out option: \- Must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance. \- Cost: $40. \- New check-out time: 12:30 PM. If guests stay past 12:30 PM (with approved late check-out): \- A $200 fee applies starting at 1:30 PM, plus $100 per hour after that. House Rules: No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. No unregistered guests allowed. Please note: A fee of $200 will apply for each additional guest beyond the number of guests in the reservation. Parking in another unit’s assigned space is not permitted and will be considered a violation. Parking in the driveway or in a spot not designated for your unit is strictly prohibited. The driveway may only be used briefly for loading or unloading luggage or supplies. A $75 violation fee will be charged for each occurrence of a vehicle parked in the driveway or in a non-designated/unauthorized spot. This applies each time a violation is reported. Parking Alternatives: Guests may park on the street if additional space is needed. If both of your designated spots are occupied, you may contact us to check if the other unit’s spaces are available for temporary use. Availability will depend on current guest occupancy. Please ensure that all guests and visitors follow these parking rules to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges. OUTDOOR CAMERA RULES - For the safety of all guests and the property, outdoor security cameras are installed and actively recording in designated exterior areas. These cameras are strictly for security and safety monitoring purposes only. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or obstructing any security camera is strictly prohibited.
