Great Suites NASTY HOUSEKEEPING
I stayed in this hotel /Suite for 3-4 weeks with a friend an . I was moved because I found SPIDERS IN THE CEILING OF THE BATHROOM , I moved to another Suite an I stayed 2 weeks an you have to clean your own Things , Towels, Sheets etc , the time came to CLEAN the sheets an both bedroom had Urine stains in both MATTRESSES !!!! I was terrified!!!! I left the next day !!! The Suites are Beautiful an very tasteful, but the HOUSEKEEPING ITS TERRIBLE an needs Replacement

I chose a Classic, the less expensive room choice. Painted, Laminate kitchen countertop. The pictures of the Classic rooms and kitchen were overly stretched width wise to make the room look more expansive; I was immediately let-down by the size. The gym and laundry are located within the front desk area and closes at 7pm; no outside access is available after 7pm…none of this is stated anywhere on the site. The hot tub fits 2 and it is outside next to a tiny pool, both close at 9pm. If you want to check in earlier than the 4pm check-in, you only can by one hour if you pay $51….$51 for one hour! $51 to be able to check in when everywhere else has a normal check in if 3pm. Check out is 10am and they give you a “complimentary” hour until 11am…which is the normal time everywhere else to check out. But if you need a later check out, you get only one hour and only IF you pay $51…again, $51 for one hour! These terms are not written anywhere before booking in any of their advertising or website. You don’t know these fees until you request it; it is not written in the welcome package or paper in the room. The air freshener used in the room was similar to a hospital bathroom scent. Bath linens are low-grade, sparse; the bath towels are ratty, rough and less than 4 feet long; look like a run-of-the-mill gym towel that gyms give you. No housekeeping. There is nothing “luxury” about this facility. I am embarrassed Atlanta would peddle this trash heap and dare call it luxury.

We do still offer our Classic units for guests looking for that price point in the area.Please consider a Luxury unit next time.The boarding pass gives you access to early check in/ late check out if available, and the associated fees.Thanks for the feedback. We will work toward making this more obvious for our guests.

Solid stay
Stayed at this property for almost a week. While a bit outdated, the room was a nice size and amenities were provided. Walls are very thin and you hear everything outside and inside (had a hallway and door right outside of my room and it was very loud and shaky). Most of the suite had been cleaned, but could have been slightly more thorough. Great location, easy to access. Would potentially stay here again given updates.

The property was ok. The thing I didn’t like having to run the water 5 to 10 minutes before it would even get warm. Also dirt and rust come out as soon as the water faucet was turned on.

Building was undergoing renovation, so some areas of the parking lots were taken up by building supplies. Front office staff was extremely helpful when asked to move to ground floor room. Nice room, but the hot water was sometimes impossible to get running.

Awesome Management
The property is under complete renovation so it is a bit of a construction site, however the staff did a good job of being as intrusive as possible. We initially booked a unrenovated room, which was dirty when we checked in, and unfortunately I didn't realize that the front desk closed at 7pm so there wasn't any one on site to ask for assistance, so I had to clean it myself. We rebooked for a second night and changed to a renovated room, which we would've booked originally but didn't realize there were 2 rooms options beyond number of beds. The manager on property was absolutely wonderful. He was apologetic regarding the cleanliness and offered a refund percentage on the new booking, which was more expensive, and was more than accommodating regarding the check out/ check in process, let us stay in our room longer and check into the new room early, waived the deposit on the new room since we had one on the 1st booking so we didn't have to pay 2 deposits. He personally came when our key pad code wasn't working and brought us a key to get in and out. The renovated room was really cool, the furnishing and decor were all very nice and modern. Everything was stocked as advertised, dishes, cookware, towels, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. It's really more like an apartment so if you're planning a trip for more than a night or 2, it's really perfect for with the full kitchen and the separate bedroom options. I can't praise the manager enough!!

We should have known when our code didn't work on the door -- always a bad sign -- that this stay was doomed. Luckily, there was someone at the front desk at that moment (the desk is not always manned) who could help us. When we finally got into the apartment (2 BR, 2 BA, living room and kitchen), all 3 TV's were blaring, which was disconcerting. Looking around, it seemed so nice at first, but looks can be deceiving. First of all, the "queen size" beds were doubles. Very annoying. All the windows had cheap vinyl blinds and no curtains, so it was bright enough inside at night to read a book. Super annoying. There was ONE towel per person, and since this is not a hotel, there's no housekeeping department to ask for more. The kitchen is missing basics such as a kettle, toaster, ice cube trays in the freezer. There was one pot and one pan. There was a Keurig, but only 2 K-cups. It's as if they started to stock the kitchen and then stopped. On one night, there were groups of kids running up and down the halls and stairs, laughing and screaming until about 3 AM, and again, there was nobody to call to get them to stop. Now I know why the prices are so low -- you get what you pay for.

Please know that our intention is to give a short term rental experience. We have a full kitchen in every unit so guests can stock it with whatever they like once they run out of what is there. We also have guest laundry available in the Guest House with brand new machines that conveniently take credit cards in case anyone wants to wash their linens. We will be sure to communicate that with guests more clearly in our marketing moving forward.Any time someone is disturbing peace, we always encourage a quick call to the Atlanta Police Department.

It was impossible to reach out to the facility after we checked in. There was a very loud aggressive party outside until 4:45 am with fighting and screaming and banging on doors. When we arrived our front door had two cockroaches on it. The facility is under construction.

Where do I start…did not receive any response from the property or property owner when we reached out with questions. Was never emailed a room number or access code, had to call Expedia upon arrival to get the info. Our room door was open upon arrival, and the TV was on… was a little scared someone was in there. There were stains on the couch upon arrival so hopefully I get my $100 deposit back. The “no smoking” sign fell off the wall at 4am making a loud noise and thought we had an intruder. You can hear everything through the walls. Other than that the bed was comfortable!

Nice room layout, but little customer service
It felt like a lot of personal details were required to check-in through their web platform, like asking me to scan my ID, take a selfie, and write an “about me”. I was also asked for my credit card info twice even though I already paid for the room online. I thought the first time was for incidentals, but then it asked for my credit card again for incidentals with a $100 security deposit. I had a little difficulty finding our room because it was on the inner section of the complex, but luckily there was someone at the desk who directed us. The room setup was really neat including a little walk-in closet and kitchenette. The room we were in had signs of water damage in the kitchenette. Felt a bit damp from humidity in the room and the bathroom vent had a ton of dust. The bed was comfy but there were other guests hanging out on the balcony and by the pool until 3:30 in the morning who were constantly waking us up with the noise. They posted all over that quiet hours start at 9, but there’s no one there to enforce it. I got some email contact before arrival and while we were there, but they only responded to one of my questions and obviously didn’t do anything when I told them about the loud guests, so that’s frustrating. Glad we only booked one night here. I thought I was booking a standard hotel room experience so that whole thing and online check-in was off putting

*No smoke free room
No smoke free rooms as supposed to and really bad cleaning in the room I was assigned due to tabaco and weed no front desk service as mentioned in the check in instructions or response from their contact numbers. * Turning off the air conditioning will make any room smell worse if the carpets have not been cleaned in a while.

I arrived and the front desk was closed. I was unable to find my room for almost 10 minutes. The property looks absolutely horrible. The elevator was unsafe to ride on, I just knew I would have been stuck if I used it. People on the property smoking weed, the room smelled like mildew, carpet had a stain that look way too close to blood. The couch was ripped, counter tops had dents, scrapes etc and a bug somehow landed in my food. Long story I short I didn’t feel comfortable or safe sleeping there or leaving my belongings there so I left to book a room somewhere else. Only spent about 40 minutes there.

The property is in a wonderful area of Buckhead. It's obvious that this used to be a high-end hotel. It is outdated. It is cheap. I see why. It's better than sleeping in the car.

I booked my trip with travel insurance just because I had never booked a condo style room and to my dismay, i couldn't check in at 10pm when I arrived because there was no front desk person and no one emailed me about checking in after hours. I was on the phone for 1hour and 34mins trying to get an email sent to me to access my room I had drove 6hours and my kids and myself was very tired and just wanted to shower and rest. This was such an inconvenient experience. Then the hot tub was actually a cool tub and the pool was freezing. It's a no smoking policy but no one is there to monitor it and there was smoking smells every time I walked outside.I couldn't get fresh towels for my daughter and myself when we went to the pool and you need a key to access the workout room and there's no one here to give me a key so this trip was not worth any of the amenities I booked the trip for. If you wanna cook anything you have to bring your own cookware, but when I was in a cabin in Gatlinburg they had at least 1 pot 1 pan and some utensils to cook with.

The place has a strong marijuana smell throughout. The area around the units look messy and dirty. Loud partying noise coming from next door unit all night. Could not get a good night sleep.
