This particular property is relatively new, but is badly in need of staff training. I'm guessing that there's minimal or absentee management. We arriedd in the evening and, while the rooms were ready and the reservations were organized, there were a number of glitches in the check in process -- I was asked to come back later to sign forms. We went out and when I returned, there was still a delay. Breakfast was ready on time, but then sparsely refilled. We checked out just as the next shift was arriving, and that group was much better organized, so possibly there had been someone missing the previous evening. Nonetheless, the impression was of a substandard operation.
