Good But BAD

Pros: The staff was nice
Location: it's in walking distance of a lot amenities, restaurants, and more
To be honest, The hotel was good for the price. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was ok. But the issue I had was that during my two night stay,Me and my wife woke up the first night with bites on our bodies. We didn't want to jump to conclusions because we thought maybe we got bit outside the room. so the next night we woke up with even more bites. at this point we were convinced we were getting bit by something in the bed. We voiced our concern to the hotel manager but he was unable to rectify the situation due to the owners of the hotel not being around to make a decision. I was unhappy that I had to sleep uncomfortably every night and still be changed full price for my stay. I understand as a business owner about certain situations but this should have been resolved.

Very Nice

Wonderful staff , close to Stone MTN. It is not ur usual med size hotel room but it suited us fine. It was really clean too. We bought food at a Chinese place and ate at the lobby table. Free breakfast but we ate outso didn't have it so I cannot rate it. But they have free all day coffee and juice (orange and cranberry)

Staff was great, breakfast was minimal but nice...good for getting started in the morning. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, lots of room.

Bed Bugs

Checked in very tired at 2:30 am after a long road trip. My family and I went to our room after check in, and I started to do a bed bug inspection before we put our luggage in the room, or sat anywhere in the room. After checking the beds for just a minute, I found bed bugs. I work for a pest control company back home, and part of my job is doing these type of inspections. I contacted the front desk, and told them about the problem. The front desk clerk apologized and gave us a different room. We then went to that room and I did another inspection. We found bed bugs again, now we were tired and pretty upset. The clerk then cancelled our stay, because we told her we were not staying there. Hotels.com refunded our money immediately. This hotel has major bed bug problems, I can't imagine how many other rooms there are infested.

Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom floors/walls not clean, and everyday we had to visit front desk and get our room keys reprogrammed because we were locked out.

The TV did not work called 2x they were going to send a Tec and no show no call. Bath fan was unplug. We tried to get TV to work to no avail and plug fan in and it did not work.

We had stayed at the same Quality Inn a few years ago on a trip to Stone Mountain, GA. Goos location and friendly staff.
