Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay the nonrefundable USD 38 through Truvi. Also, send us the refundable damage deposit via Cash App or Zelle. We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10am so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $175 dollars instead of $100\. Note: The building only permits pets weighing no more than 25 pounds.
