Used wet towels were still hanging up. Hair trimmings everywhere including pubic hair. Hot water runs out and couldn't even fill the tub 1/4 of the way. I messaged the owner and told him all of this and that I wasn't going to leave a bad review, because I know things get missed but he just emailed a basic checkout message. He had nothing to say about the message I sent. He also offered us a 12pm checkout for an additional $25\. They obviously don't care. He had a chance to make it right and didn't.
