Very walkable. It was very clean as well. The place was lacking in a lot of necessities, and we found ourselves walking to the walgreens nearby multiple times a day because of this. I also had to text and call multiple times to get instructions on how to get in, so I wasn't actually in the property until almost an hour after check in (they literally just forgot to send them to me). The fire alarm in the building apparently goes off randomly.
