Hmmm..mixed feeling

Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff who were swift to respond when we requested an extra set of towels and a blanket Cons: the Hotel may need to re-train their cleaning /maintenance staff to better accommodate the guest needs. Here's why: - While we were a family of 4, there were only 3 sets of towels in the room, and there was no blanket for a sofa bed. Because we clearly indicated when we made the reservation that we are family of 4, they should have the room ready for that. - And the worst thing was.... a live cockroach passed over my foot in the room at night. That totally discouraged me from staying here again. We were on the 4th floor, so I believe this is not just an accidental invasion of one or two pests from the outside. There may be a lot more. Some measures should be taken as soon as possible.

Pros: The friendly staff and the free breakfast buffett.
Cons: Faster elevators; taking the stairs was more efficient for us.
Staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. Will be back and will refer people.

Hyatt Place Norcross was a great hotel visit for my family of 5. The room was clean, spacious, and the main lobby area was set up well as well. The location made travel to Downtown ATL easy as well.

Cons: Elevators and hallway ventilation
My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable I really enjoyed the view from my room, the beds were excellent and the staff was very courteous

Nice hotel for the money.

Very nice hotel for the money. Clean and friendly. Rooms have a sitting area, a work desk, wet bar with fridg. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast actually has eggs and sausage, not just juice and fruit. Hotel also has a 24 hour menu. Located about 15-20 min northeast of downtown Atlanta. Going to be hard to beat unless you wish to spend more money.

Ok but the Ac was supper loud.

Pros: nice breakfast and bar area
Cons: customer service, Ignored by 2 people at the front desk when we were the only people there until my husband made a comment
Beds are very uncomfortable. key system broke had to go to get someone to let us in after knowing the key wouldn't work and still sent us to our room to give it a try. At 12:30am this is not what i needed to go back and forth next day we went to the front desk to get new keys once the key system was fixed and was ignored by the 2 ladies at the front desk. neither said a word to us until my husband finally made a comment. Breakast was nice

PATHETIC/HORRIBLE

The title sums it up ... The front desk was more confrontational then making u a valued guest ... The rooms seemed ok .. But the top layered sheet smelled like PUKE ... And the stay after that was down the toilet .... Never stay at this Hyatt again ... And the front desk need a 101 lesson on customer service ...
