The Libby had a bad smell and the elevators were awful. Staff was nice. Easy check in but didn’t know we’d have to pay for parking.

Bar & restaurant closed. I arrived 12 minutes before 3pm and was told nothing available until 3pm. Never had that happen before. Book this hotel based on Bar and lounge but it wasn’t open.

This property was close to the airport by their Metro line; however this was honestly the only plus to the property. The room was surface cleaned but many areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years: bathroom corners, around the shower and toilet, walls were disgusting with many splatters of what appeared to be dried toothpaste or lotion. Phone in the room didn’t work. We had to order delivery as nothing in the area was open on the holiday Monday - delivery actually arrived 30 min early but When delivery arrived at front desk - they couldn’t get ahold of us via our room phone so instead of coming to deliver to us upstairs or contact our cell phone numbers they had on file they let our food sit and when we went to investigate why we hadn’t gotten our food 10 min after our scheduled delivery and we find out it was sitting there for 40 min and the manager who was at the front desk said he tried to contact us but couldn’t reach our room as it appears the phone in that room isn’t working. Overall a very overpriced motel

Following a flight delay, I booked a room with Hotel Indigo from my flight as it was 10:30pm and the next flight available to my destination was not until 8:25am. Upon arrival at the hotel (there was supposed to be a shuttle available-however I later learned it wasn't functional this night), the front desk informed me there was no reservation in my name. I provided a booking number and itinerary number, however I was not found as having a reservation and the hotel manager informed me there were no available rooms. The manager told me there was nothing they could do for me and told me that my booking number "didn't even make sense as their booking numbers don't start with the # 8?" I was exhausted, upset, and not sure where to go from there and the hotel manager proceeded to berade me at midnight for not having a smile on my face like the male customer they served after she had told me to move aside. I was unable to gain a response from the online support for expedia and was forced to book an uber to another hotel at midnight even though my account had already been charged 200.00 for the stay at Hotel Indigo. Following connection with expedia (once I was on the next hotel's wifi, I was advised that my 200.00 would be refunded within 7-10 business days.) I will never book another arrangement through expedia knowing this could potentially occur and I certainly will never book another reservation with IHG or Hotel Indigo after the experience with their management.

My daughters and I were in town for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel because we stayed at an Hotel Indigo in L.A. Well the experience was not the same. Upon our arrival, we had to wait for 1 hour before a room was assigned. Btw, the room was paid for in advance. Our linen on both bed had urine stains on them. We ask for sheets to be change, it never happened. The manager acussed me of having 2 small children, needless to say my daughters are adults. The manager was very rude and mean. She refused to take accountability for things that happened at the hotel. There was broken furniture in pur room. The ceiling needed repairs, as it looked like it was going to cave in. There was 2 washclothes in the room for 3 ppl. When asked if someone could bring more towels to the room, she told me that i would need to walk to the front desk get more towels. Our room hadnt been cleaned since we arrived. We were told to put used towel in the hall before getting clean towel. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The staff was rude and disrespectful!!! Oh and might i add my daighters and i went to the nearest walmart to purchase sheets for our bed, because there was dirty linen on the beds upon check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL‼️

This place is really unorganized. I had a reservation check in time was 3pm I arrived at 530pm there were no rooms available. We asked the front desk how long they expected the wait to be they did not know how long the wait would be. They also had multiple people waiting for there rooms. I waited 30 min and canceled my reservation and booked another hotel.

Close to the airport, good for stranded travelers:) Reasonably priced. Floor in the room was sticky and slippery as if washed with pure soap and not rinsed I had only cold water and no water in the shower at all that night, however shower was running the next morning (cold). My room was 5th floor.

They put us in a room that they knew had no TV service and after we had unpacked they wanted to move us to another floor. They said they would send someone to fix it, but I had to go to the front desk to see why they hadn’t sent someone to fix the TV and they said that the person had left for the day. We will not stay at that hotel again. Very troublesome when they tell you that they knew about the TV problem, but still put a customer in the room. Terrible situation.

Not staying here again
Very short staffed. Check in wasn’t available until after 4:30. Light bulbs were missing or burned out in 2 of the lights in our room. Very limited bar menu. Only appetizers and salad. One person at the bar restaurant to cook, bus, make drinks, deliver checks. She did her best but that didn’t make the experience any better.

Upon arrival property appeared to look very clean and descent. The shuttle from the airport to hotel was quick and staff was very friendly. When I checked in the manager informs me about the breakfast buffet in the morning and cost. I informed him I had already prepaid for breakfast. He said ok great! Before handing me the keys, states that in observance to New Year’s custodial staff will not be working please contact the front desk regarding any issues etc. I get to my room, it appears clean and well; until I tried to use the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. I contacted front desk he said he will try to get someone to look at it. While waiting on whoever is coming the room was FREEZING. I attempted to adjust the heat and it wouldn’t come on. I called front desk, I ask how to turn the heat on and status on toilet. Then went on to say that New Year’s Day observance he doesn’t have any one to assist. No one ever came to look at heat or toilet. The bed was soft and appeared to have clean linen. I am a diabetic, prepaid for breakfast; when I went downstairs to eat breakfast, I notice other guests upset. I walked up to a typed note saying “due to observance of New Year’s restaurant and breakfast will be unavailable. However coffee and tea is complimentary.” I asked front desk about the money I spent on prepaying for breakfast. His response was to call Expedia. Unfortunately there is not any restaurants within walking distance. Can I get refund?
