Certainly not a four-star hotel. The shopping center directly behind the hotel very sketchy. The room was fair, but had issues with the heating and air conditioning system, and they had to move me to another room. Then found hair in the bathroom.

This is my third time to stay at this property. The rooms are well taken care of. The staff is excellent. And they serve a good breakfast.

The property was well kept. The front desk staff member I engaged with was extremely friendly and made several great recommendations. He also helped me with finding my room. The room was clean when I arrived and everything was easy to use and find. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a good hotel stay.

I had an emergency and asked for an extended checkout. Was told that due to booking with Expedia, I don’t have access to later checkouts and hung up the phone. So in a rush, I had to throw all my luggage in my bag and head out to handle my emergency. I only book through Expedia and this makes me want to think twice booking through you if this will keep happening when I have a situation.

We regret that we could not extend a late-check-out to you. Typically, there is a fee associated with a late departure, unless you have Hilton Honors status. We cannot charge the fee through Expedia. There can be grace, depending on the length of your request and the availability based on hotel occupancy.

Needs a lot of Work and Help
The hotel need a lot of work. The room was not clean or kept up . The bathroom 🚽 seat 💺 was broken and to small. The bathtub 🛀 was a big brown spot in side the shower was hanging down. And there was bugs 🐜 in the bathtub. Housekeeping slam doors all morning long. 229 had a smell. The hallway by elevator was blue tape on the floor and wall 1st floor and 2nd floor. Just not clean.

The bathroom door was a barn door with no lock. The bathtub was so gross. The strip at the bottom of the door was broken so it was half hanging in the room from the bottom of the door. The walls were paper thin so we heard the toilet seat slamming at 1:00 in the morning in the next room and all their convo. Check in and check out were great. Staff was very nice and very helpful. Owner needs to update for a better experience.
