I was not aware of the construction going on from 9A-6P. The noise was unacceptable it sounded like a Jackhammer convention. I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times and have always had a great experience. This time was different. No soap in my room, the bathroom had cracks all over the sink and the edges were sharp. There was no water available in the evenings. I hope things turn for the better in the future.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. First time in ATL and I fell in love with the vibes in Buckhead. Room was clean and bed was comfy. No complaints.

The zen garden was fabulous! Everyone was nice and quick to help! Our room didn’t have hot water and someone was fixing it with 15 minutes of us reporting it. Wish the pool was open or at least a hot tub. However, they are doing some renovations. Great stay! Recommend!!!!

We had visited for a quiet birthday staycation while working. There was some construction going on, maybe right above our hotel room. Or Atleast that’s what it felt like. The drilling and hammering began at 8.30am and would go on throughout. It was a nuisance. Otherwise staff was very nice.

Booked a stay with our two kids at the 12 hotel downtown and were horrified with the conditions. We checked out and booked a room here and the difference was night and day. Clean, safe, welcoming. I am now a Hyatt fan.

Last minute booking for the hotel since we were flying in Georgia late, so it was a bit expensive for one night. Was greeted by the front desk. Communication was great. Happy with the late Check in and late check out times. They have parking for your car, not sure if it’s free because it was included in our package that we purchased from a third party. The area is nice and safe. There is a bar /lounge that is walkable distance. It was a Thursday night so not too many bars/lounges were open late. Overall I would recommend this place. .

This was by far one of the most preferable and enjoyable experiences. The entire staff was amazing including the valet hosts especially “Mr. Sofeain” he along side the other valet hosts have given us outstanding service and has honestly set the par for my next choice on where our next stay will be and of course it’s definitely the Grand Hyatt Buckhead.

The property is an excellent, very special establishment -- the zen garden, the lobby are all spectacular. The rooms are comfortable. The shower pressure is decent. But most of all, across the board, the staff is so extremely friendly and professional. Any concern you may have -- they are only there to help and assist you and with a smile. From the valet parking to the front desk, you are always warmly greeted by helpful, respectful people who do their job well. Great place!

Don't have anything that they say they have on the site no spa no mini bar in ur room no microwave no free wifi the food was horrible even though I paid for room service they only have that one restaurant you can order from it was so nasty we doordashed the rest of the trip and housekeeping won't come and pick up ur trash or clean but everyother day so you have to live with the trash in your small room until they pick it up they dont put any wash clothes in the bathroom if you thinking of staying at that hotel In ATL dont waste ur time

This is my first time staying at the Hyatt. I had a great experience. Upon check-in, they shared with us about a chauffeur service they have if you are wanting to go within 2 km of the hotel, this by far is the best feature I’ve had at a hotel Joe (the driver) was fantastic, I’d stay here again, simply because of the service.

Had a great overall stay. First person at checkin desk was not very congenial when I arrived around noon on Friday, December 15 and asked for early check-in. She said she would text me when room was ready and never did. I checked back on my own and second person was very helpful and said room was ready. Everyone else ( restaurant staff for lunch and breakfast, room service deliverer, valet people) was wonderful and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Special thank you for the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries!
