THE FLOOR HAS WAY TOO MANY ANTS. NO HOT WATER AT ALL. THE COFFEE MACHINE IS REALLY DIRTY. THE REFRIGERATOR IS BROKEN. THE SOAP SMELLS STINKY. THE ROOM ISN'T CLEANED WELL AND A LOT OF STUFF ARE REALLY DIRTY.

If I could give negative stars I would! I don't write reviews but it is my duty to inform anyone thinking to book this property that the pictures provided on this page of this hotel are FALSE! This hotel is in terrible condition. Our first hotel room had bugs in the pillow, trash and food on the floor, AND the toilet exploded after one flush and the entire bathroom became flooded with dirty water. The maintenance guy told us the valve is loose and the cleaning lady told us that this is a consistent problem with many of the bathrooms on this property. We demanded a different room as we had a wedding to attend in an hour ao we can get ready and the other room was just as dirty, stained sheets with green fluid, trash on the floor and sticky carpet! We quickly got ready and packed our suitcases and left. Still trying to get our refund! We felt so unsafe at this place. If you have a family with little ones, please consider a different hotel!

I totally understand your frustration and feel that you shouldn’t have had this issue. While this sort of issue can occur anytime & anywhere, toilets overflowing or flooding all the time is not something we can have as an ongoing issue as that would tremendously hurt the business and potentially damage the asset. Unfortunately, someone chose to throw credit cards in the toilet and that caused the issue. The issue was addressed as soon as you moved. We moved you to another room right away to make sure that you have space to get ready for the event. I understand you got ready and handed the keys to the front desk agent as you were leaving for the event. Seeing you needed to be somewhere we didn’t want to hold you to gather feedback or request an opportunity to make it right. I will check the room you were hosted in. In relation to the charges, while this is prepaid and non-refundable bookings, we will not charge you for the stay. Please reach out to Expedia to request a refund. If there are any issues, please feel free to contact me directly.Your business & consideration to stay with us is most appreciated. Hotel was very dirty, smelt strong like cigarettes so the whole time I struggled to breath as I have asthma. My daughter was really looking forward to the pool but it was closed due to being unclean go figure… next time will pay a little more for much nicer

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby looked inviting and everything was neat and clean. The hallway on the second floor reeked of cigarette smoke. Not sure why but it was very pungent. The room, thank Goodness, did not smell of smoke. Nice place all things considered.

Hotel is very dated. Non smoking room smelled like someone was smoking before we arrived. The smell is in the old furniture.

The staff members were extremely courteous and the facilities were pretty basic, but clean. My only real complaint was the spotlight that shined into the room the entire night. We were on the bottom floor facing the back of the hotel and for whatever reason (security maybe?) there was a spotlight shining into our bedroom window. Unfortunately, the blackout curtains did not fully cover the window so if you require a pitch black room to sleep, this situation would not have been ideal.

Part of the process the hotel tried to authorize the card on file for your stay. But the card declined. Out of courtesy we held the room until around 10pm on a busy night and then finally the room was cancelled. Like any hotel we require a valid card to guarantee the room. I am not sure why you were not able to provide alternate method of payment. Additional information would help me understand why you gave us 1 star review.Please know that your business & consideration to stay with us is most appreciated. I would go elsewhere, honestly.
I would stay here only if nothing else is available. Rooms are dirty, carpet in the hallway is nasty. Bathrooms are disgusting - I didn't even want to take a shower (and the water smells very strange for some reason. The lady who works at the front desk during the nightime shift is terribly rude!! Everyone else was nice, but she literally had a RBF and just had a bad attitude towards guests, for no reason. The pool is closed, maybe because of the season. The breakfast is "meh". Probably better off walking to Wendy's or Sonic next door. Or even ordering in. Parking was fine. There was a bright parking light shining into our room, so that was annoying.

2 Star hotel with 5 Star Customer Service!! I spoke to Shanil, Mgr; about my specific reason for my visit. Once I arrived I knew she had put forth the effort to make my visit exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased with her efforts. She had Susan at check in very aware of my arrival so check in was easy. The room was big & spacious. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was clean. I enjoyed a nice bubble bath for ea of the 3 nights of my stay. The hot breakfast was good. The housekeeper, Juelita, was also very kind & helpful. Even though the hotel is a 2 Star due to it's age, furniture a little dated & stained, curtains broken but functional; none of this overrides the excellent 5 Star customer service! Because of Shanil & Juelita; I will consider another stay next time I'm in the area. They really made this stay well worth it!

Well, we have stayed at this property at least 3 different times over the course of the last 5 years and each time it has been different. The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival and accommodating when Expedia messed it all up! What was disappointing was the front entrance was littered with cigarette butts and people smoking plus the parking lot was littered with trash. . We stayed on the second floor and the hallway reeked of weed. The room was accommodating but there was urine collected at the base of the toilet and the tub was stained. Breakfast was from 7-10:30. We arrived at 9:45 to find two small muffins, one slice of a bagel, enough mix for one waffle, no meat, over cooked eggs and no Froot Loops. There was only one option for coffee (bold) and no decaf. When I went to ask for more food I couldn’t find anyone. I took pictures of the mess and will share to help this property do better. I know renovations are coming in January but you need to survive business wise until !
