Extremely Rundown
Extremely run dow and in need of SERIOUS repair. The sink faucet was disassembled. The mattress box springs had fabric worn off. The room was nasty, ac sucked, allof the furnature had huge chips of paint chipped off, the shower fidnot work. Junk bicycle parts right outside the door, police constantly showing up, ten homelessmen hanging on the corner of the property. Bad neighborhood and worse property.

This place was moderatly priced, right downtown, and 5 minutes from my assignment (I'm a travel nurse) so I thought it would be fine for my 3 week contract. This place was absolutely disgusting amd dangerous- all the drawers were missing, cabinets and drawers in kitchen missing, none of the lights worked (and they never fixed during the short stay) the sink waa rusted completely though and leaking into the cabinet, sheets and blankets were not replaced after the people before me checked out, it smelled of mold, mildew, body odor, and weed, people were so loud I couldnt sleep, shady characters, homeless, and multiple people tried to sell me or my FIFTEEN year old son drugs. We only stayed 2 nights... i just booked another room and lost all the money i paid for this one. Dont make the same mistake I did!

This place is a dump. Sheets did not see a proper was for weeks. The floor hasn't been swept for days never mind a vacuum and proper sanitation. It was disgusting every where you turn kitchen, bathroom even outside. This dump should not be on any respectful web site

I didnt like how dirty it was. There was a roach in the shower, pubic hair all over sink. Bed had hair. comforter wasnt Clean. Roaches in room. I couldn't even stay the night ,had to make other arrangements.

It was Horrible! The first room they gave me wasn’t clean! And the 2nd room they gave me had a dirty paint brush in the sink, paintings on the chair not on the wall & the a/c cover completely off! It was just terrible! Completely Terrible!

It’s like long time the room didn’t occupied, it’s so dusty, smell, and there’s no shower curtain in the shower. Leaking from the room above us in the shower, that was nasty. Really not recommended hotel. My first and the last to sleep at this hotel, so terrible conditions, I book for 2 night, and the second night I just moved to the other hotel, I don’t want to argue with the attendant. I regret to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location of midtown but I don’t recommend it. First, there was a needle and drugs in my bethroom, second, the door didn’t lock from the outside with “my” key, so all the times that I need to go out I needed to asked a employee to go there lock that for me. In front of the hotel there was some people that looks like were dealing drugs and the common areas from the hotel stinks. The employees were good, but I’ll never comeback again.

The only good thing about this hotel was the night manager making me feel safe. I felt like I was going to get robbed. Every noise I heard I jumped. It took a while for me to fell comfortable however I did not sleep in the bed. I felt like bugs were inside the bed and after reading reviews since I’m home I was right.

I didn’t like the fact that it took almost an hour to check in because something was wrong with the first four rooms, I didn’t like the roaches, & I didn’t like the robbery that took place against me at the hotel. I also do not like y’all not returning any of my money for this hotel after the maid went in my paid room & stole my items. Oh, I didn’t like it when a hotel manager came in my room at 4 in the morning while I was sleeping. There wasn’t a single thing in this trip that I liked. It was the worse experience ever.

The building was fine, but: It's in an unnerving part of town, and my room (110) was next to the laundry area and the night staff communicated loudly. Loud enough to wake me throughout the night. My advice: Only use if you're a guy that wants somewhere cheap, and don't get a ground floor room.

The staff was great. That was probably the best part of the stay. The others staying at the hotel were not very considerate. While that's not a reflection of the hotel, it felt hard to be comfortable with all the noise and comotion going on in various rooms. The hotel seems to be going through a remodel, but the status of the rooms I stayed in was not in the best condition (broken furniture, smoke smell, grimey shower). I want to emohasize that the staff was great!

The property is a dump! Roaches in the shower, missing drawers in the kitchenette, only 1 chair to the dining table, rust on everut5 that's metal. Now I know why they are non-refundable and make you pay upfront. I had to call the front desk to get a plug and cable cord for the TV and no outlet for lamp or to charge phone. NEVER RETURNING!!!

First should advice how bad the location of this hotel is, waited for over 30 min to check in, no one at the front desk - Room was dirty & looked like someone just check out & no one cleaned it. Front desk did not care to accommodate or even concern for other guest... I left inmidiately as I was afraid for my safety! this hotel should not be listed in this site.

Not for the faint of heart or weak of stomach
I don't expect perfection, but this hotel was the worst (in USA) that I have experienced in 40 years of traveling. Online photos and description are misleading to be kind, dirty from floor to ceiling, and still trying to get acrid smell of stale smoke out of everything that was in the room, luggage included. Anyone traveling with children should be aware that prostitutes apparently conduct business on the premises and proposition other guests in public areas such as the elevator. I know $100 doesn't buy a lot these days, but this sets a new low.

My shoes stuck to the floor every step and room had bugs. Tv did not work and did not get fixed until the next morning. Had to check out early to find another place to stay (bugs in bed) and was told there would be no refund. I ask the Expedia agent to find another downtown room. He said everything was book up so I left the convention and went home.
