Cozy hotel room with the best breakfast buffet I have ever had at a hotel. Five star buffet for sure. Only downside was that the Internet was very slow and sometimes disappeared completely. We could always go to the lobby and get better Internet if we needed it.

Every time I stay at this hotel I feel like I am at home. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located towards the center of the city yet quiet at the same time. Disappointed that their excellent restaurant no longer functions for dinner or room service.

This is not a 4 star property. The triple executive room we booked was very small, had poor lighting, and the batbroom was tiny and had poor ventilation. We complained and were moved, rightfully so, to a sister property. The breakfast service was good.

Great hotel but rooms are a little dated. Single sofa bed is just a sofa. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Good location just 3 stops on the Metro to Plaka the main shopping hub. Would stay here again.

The Hotel is dated and in a very poor location surrounded by high rise buildings on all sides. You have absolutely Zero view and we were on the top floor, 6th floor. Between 8:30 pm to almost 11:00pm there was no hot water to take a shower. Spent 5 days there in a Suite and was the same every night. The staff however was very friendly, nice and helpful when asked for help getting a cab, etc.

Extra night in Athens
We wanted to stay an extra night in Athens but our original hotel was full so picked the Alexandros. What a great little hotel with its own beach and pool on the roof.

Without comment my bed was replaced part way through my stay. It had been clearly sagging prior to this improvement. I had no kettle in my room. There was an unfixed grate over a water channel in the bathroom - seemed clean but would be easy to lose something. Just not quite optimal. It was only after I had booked that I understood that separate bookings had do be made for use of the pool etc. Not very convenient when I wasn't sure when I would be free.

The staff was extremely helpful towards my wife and me during our stay after a cruise ended. Would definitely recommend to people who want to be close to the main tourist attractions of Athens, without being in the middle of everything. It's about a 1-2mile walk from the hotel to the Olympic stadium, which itself isn't far from the Acropolis.

My first time to Greece - this was a great hotel with fantastic service and extremely clean and organized amenities despite the age of the property. It’s very simple, classic euro-hotel. Delicious breakfast, rooftop bar, and absolutely adorable rooftop pool. Well kept!! Seemed family friendly as well. I solo-traveled this one and felt safe as a female guest.

The included breakfast was really good with lots of options. There is a great little bakery a block away and an amazing pizza place about a block away as well. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Staff friendly and helpful. Liked the glass water bottles instead of plastic. Roof terrace restaurant simple and relaxed, food excellent. When taxi didn’t turn up the manager took us to the road and flagged one down for us to tell them where to take us. Breakfast was included, and very good it was too Only down side was that despite promises to fix the safe in my room it didn’t happen, over five days.

We stayed here twice in and out of Athens and did so as we found the team here extraordinary. The customer service was absolutely superb. We had a lot of questions and asked for advice on several fronts and were assisted with great detail, enthusiasm and professionalism. Upon our return a week later, we were greeted like old friends and George at the reception remembered so many things- what time our departing flight was, our preferences, etc and even managed to get us into our room very early- not expected, but incredibly appreciated. I'll always recommend these folks in Athens and can't wait to come back. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Inclusive breakfast is by far better than inclusive breakfast in any hotel in USA. Baked sweets are top notch. Parking is tough, staff help with parking your vehicle which is very helpful. Very close proximity metro and local market. Only downside i saw was rooms had no ac. Had to crack and leave window open to let room cool down

There was no swimming pool available which was unbelievable due to the hotel not stating it on the website. Definitely an area I was displeased with, but other than that, a decent experience.

Amazing experience
Staff super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast food options fantastic and very good quality. Great location to access all of Athens easily will stay again.
