The hotel staff was competent and friendly. The room was very comfortable by European standards. The breakfast was good and ample. The sea view was nice, but the traffic was loud during the day. There are lots of restaurants and services within easy walking distance. The parking was free and convenient. The airport road is easy to reach and there are lots of gas stations along the way. A good value for the last night before flying home.

The Paza Resort is well situated if you want a holiday on a nice sandy beach, shallow waters, and a beautiful swimming pool. You can order drinks straight to your sun bed. Umbrellas and towels provided. Staff is welcoming and they all try their best to speak English.
If you want to do sightseeing this is not the place as you are far from the main tourists attractions and taxis in Greece are very expensive. Ask the price before taking a taxi.
The food was very tasty and well presented. Breakfast was until 10.30 with a selection of cooked breakfast and continental breakfast.
Some rooms need updating but there is a really nice view over the sea, so it is worth paying extra for the sea view. The rooms were clean.
Wifi is available free and there is a good reception even from the pool side.
Excellently positioned for local transport. X96 to and from the airport from literally outside the hotel. €5 per person each way. EDEM tram stop also directly opposite the hotel - 1/2 hour into the centre of Athens €1.20 each way.
Comfortable room with interconnecting room for the children. On a very busy main road but not a problem with the patio doors closed. Would definitely recommend for a sightseeing base.
The room was a little small and there tended to be loud music near by (bring ear plugs), but the beds were some of the most comfortable we've had in Europe, the hot water worked well and consistently, the wifi was sufficient, the staff were amazing, the complimentary breakfast was good... I would stay there again! It is about a 40 minute tram ride from downtown Athens, so if you are wanting to soak up the heart of Athens, this is not the place for you. If you are wanting a nice retreat outside of town, this is pretty good.
Overall, not a bad stay. The hotel is close to the beach (you have to cross the four lane highway, but there are crosswalks). Room is nice with a balcony and it is cleaned everyday. Hotel is quiet for the most part. There was some noise you could hear from the restaurant on the first floor; I was on the third floor. The only negatives were the fact that there were virtually no restaurants close by without having to take the tram. There's a kebab restaurant close which I ate at a few times due to convenience and was actually very good. Other than that, to get a decent meal at a decent price, your best bet would be to eat in the city center before coming back at night to the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but they only serve a few items from their menu and everything is 12 euro. I only ate there for breakfast since it was included in my room rate. The other negative was the hotel staff. For the price of the hotel and the fact that it is a four star, you would expect that the staff would be friendly and accommodating; this was not the case. They had the appearance that they did not like tourists and whenever you asked a question a brief and hurried answer would be provided with a sullen look on their face. When I checked out early in the morning as well, I had to wake one of the staff members who had fallen asleep.
Although best known for its historical and archaeological sites, Athens is also blessed with lovely beaches on the Aegean Sea. Travelers can experience majestic views of the water and still remain within convenient reach of the famous historical sites of Athens, such as the Acropolis and the Parthenon. The historic port city of Piraeus is also nearby.
