It was amazing. The staffs were super-nice. The kitchen had everything to cook by ourselves. It provided a great fireplace and a plenty of fire woods with helpful firestartes. It locates near the ski slopes. It has free shuttle for village and for Aspen airport. Our family had a great time here.

The actual property was great. Front desk was very helpful and cheerful. However our particular “condo” was in awful shape. Peeling wallpaper, missing blind slats on most of the window treatments and chipped paint. I understand that we only got the standard room so the very outdated decor and appliances were expected, but for the insane amount of money we paid, we should be able to expect blinds that close completely and beds that weren’t broken.

My friend and I rented a condo to attend Aspen Jazz Festival over Labor Day. The property was fine, but a little outdated. Be warned that there isn't any air conditioning. It was warm, but slept with door open w/ screen. The condo was a bit outdated, but it had washer/dryer, fridge, stove etc so it was fine. Shuttle service was adequate. The employees were very friendly and helpful explaining best ways to get around. Would probably be a very different experience in the winter.

We had booked a king deluxe room at this property. The room was very nice and clean. It was a 2 story condo with a living room and kitchen/dining downstairs and the master (king) bed room upstairs. The living room couch converted to a queen bed. The room overlooked a nice patio and backyard. The kitchen had cooking utensils and basic cookware. There is a garage parking and it felt safe to walk around the property. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location is short drive to Maroon Bells and downtown Aspen. Couple of minor issues we had was that the microwave was not working when we checked in it took them a day to replace it. Also did not like the pool which was not very clean or kid friendly. Otherwise it’s a great room and an excellent location.

The unit we were given was extremely dated compared to the photos. Dishes were dirty and a grill was not provided as stated in the reservations. The oven did not work and the living room tv was not functioning when we arrived. When we brought up our concerns and asked for a different unit that met the expectations and details of the reservation, we were told they couldn't do anything and that they would have Maintenace come by and check things out. After I spoke with the front desk, I was told a manager would contact me first thing in the morning which was not the case and I had to reach out directly.

Pre- christmas trip
Woodrun is great for ski in/ ski out while skiing Snowmass. However, If you want to ski somewhere else, you need to get a ride to the bus stop.

Great place to stay. Only comment would be that the loft bedroom was extremely hot at all times of the day and night and there was no fan or AC available.

While the units can warm up during the day, we recommend taking advantage of the cool climate to cool of the unit. While this may be unusual in other parts of the country, in Colorado this is customary. Once again, thank you for staying with us and we hope that you enjoyed your time in the mountains.

Very Good,
Excellent location. Ski in and out. Great room service, front desk, and transportation all good. Overall the condo was in excellent condition. Thanks so much. I would say the lighting in the condo was dim. Definitely need a humidifier. The couch had an odor.

Loved my brief stay!
We stayed here while attending an event in town. The staff were incredibly helpful and the complimentary shuttle was a huge asset to getting around at the elevation. The rooms were gorgeous and well kept. Our only real issue was with parking and they worked with us to find a suitable solution. I highly recommend calling ahead if you have more than one vehicle as parking is limited.

Great location at Snowmass
We stayed at Woodrun Place for the week before Christmas. Even before we arrived, it was clear the staff understood the importance of customer experience. They showed commitment to quality and professionalism. The condo we rented was much larger than I expected, and was extremely comfortable for our family of five. The hot water in one of the showers wasn't quite hot enough and the staff wasn't able to fix it while we were there, but these things happen and it wasn't a serious problem. I just would've liked a little hotter shower. If that's the worst thing that happens on your vacation, you're in great shape.

Tough Mudder Friendly
2 bedroom unit was perfect location and luxury unit that was very large and comfortable with nice balconies. Great service and loved the option to come back after we checked out to hose off w/warm water after doing the Tough Mudder.

Great Slopeside Condo Near Snowmass Village
The WoodRun Place is a well managed, high end condo development that is slopeside in Snowmass, directly adjacent a ski run from upper Snowmass Village. The property has excellent service, nice amenities (pool, hot tub), ease of access to the outdoors, and is set back from other condos so it feels like its in nature. Having stayed in more than one of the condos here, different ones have different amenities. For example, each was well furnished and apportioned with a full kitchen and dining areas for large parties, but the last one I stayed in had a balcony, outdoor grill, steam shower, and other nice touches the previous condo did not. So you are a little up to the scheduling of the property managers as to which unit you will get when staying here. All-in-all, I found it a comfortable, convenient, higher-end property that is oaf good value for larger parties (3-6 people).

Great Weekend
We had a two bedroom condo and it was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes which was great for cooking in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and it was nice having a washer and dryer. The living area was also spacious and I enjoyed having all the sliding patio doors. The staff was helpful and it was great having the shuttle service.

While Snowmass does have a selection of shopping and restaurants in Base Village and The Snowmass Mall, Snowmass is renowned mostly for it's access to nature and expansive skiing. Like you said, commute 10 miles into Aspen and there are many more options. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back soon!

I would like to have more comfortable living condo
It place looks quiet and beautiful! But my family missed some of the conveniences - the pool was located very far of our place,lack of overalls and slippers,sauna did't work good,the restaurants were located very far, the boring evening (even Christmas!)

Beware of which room you are allocated
We booked on Expedia due tot he decent rates offered for this condo hotel. When we arrived and entered our 2 bedroom condo we all stood there in silence thinking - can this really be it. It was 70's style, dated, dirty and looked NOTHING like the photos provided by Expedia. When we discussed this with reception and showed them the pictures, they advised us the pictures were of their top level condo's and that what had been booked for us was the base level (none of this was described on the Expedia website). As a result, they ended up moving us to a totally different condo complex in order to provide us with acceptable accommodation. The new condo was only just acceptable but still nothing like what we expected for the rates we had paid.

We sell our units on Expedia by quality and bedroom quantity. Due to this process with Expedia, the photos of the units are representative and the photos may not represent the units exactly. Great for the price!
I went with several friends for a girls weekend, but I would definitely come with my family. There was Plenty of room and all the staff were helpful and friendly. There were some speakers playing music somewhat early in the morning which woke my friends, but next door we slept with our windows closed and couldn't hear a thing. We had a great time and will likely come again!

We never received maid service the first day there. We had to tell the desk 3 times before we received the service. The dishwasher was broken. They claimed it was fixed but it wasn't. The condo was suppose to have a sofa sleeper. It didn't. They did comp us a roll a way though.

Paid full-price high-season rates for the runt of the litter. Room decor and furnishings were straight out of That Seventies Show. Owners did not even supply thier guests with two outdoor chairs to sit out on the patio. We had to resort to pulling one of the dinning table chairs outside so we could enjoy the view. Condo was noisy. Rented it because it said it had an upstairs bedroom. In reality it had a downstairs kitchen which meant that we still had people above us and heard them tromping around whenever they were there. The Snowmass Village restaurants were filthy dirty and the service was so poor that we never even got to order. We drove the distance to Aspen everytime we wanted to eat. The staff at the front desk did not wear any type of uniform when we checked in, one guy was unshaven and had his sunglasses on top of his head the whole time he talked to us. Very unprofessional, if they weren't standing behind the desk I would not have even known they worked there. Snowmass Village is set in an absolutely beautiful part of the Rocky Mountains. The natural beauty of Snowmass Village saved the experience for us.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the village
My teenage daughter and I stayed here along with my brother and his family for July 4th weekend. The 2 bedroom lodge (#36) was clean, roomy, and well updated. It had a nice modern kitchen with everything you need to cook. Good size living room, as well as a reading nook, and bathroom downstairs. The back door opened to a patio area perfect for relaxing and taking in the views of the mountains and the aspen trees. Beautiful views of the mountains from all the windows. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs were good size and comfortable. Only a 15 minute drive to Aspen. Will stay here again and recommend to anyone going to Aspen/Snowmass.

A sala era ok, mas pequena.. um sofa que cabiam 3 pessoas e estvamos em 5. Quase não havia armários disponíveis, os proprietários deixaram varias “quinquilharias” nos armários impedindo de serem usados.. o quarto do casal era congelante! A cama de mola horrorosa, impossível dormir. Tivemos que pedir uma tabua para consguir dormir. A televisão pequena, cheio de cobertores espalhados pelo armário. O segundo quarto a cama tb era mole e horrivel! O pior lugar que ja ficamos! Uma pena, pois a localização do hotel é boa e o serviço também.
