It's probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on :) The main reason we booked this condo was the value. I would not have booked this trip if the price wasn't what it was. This is probably about as convenient a location as you can possibly find- on maroon creek road across from the Ritz and the maroon bells shuttle and downtown shuttle. Two parking spaces, wonderful back patio overlooking a mountain face. Gareth was the fastest responder I have ever encountered in many years of renting VRBO properties- dealt with every question and thing that came up immediately. The 3 bedrooms are not large, but big enough. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Needed to leave the windows open for cross circulation during hottest part of summer.
