We were leaving earlier than breakfast hours, and Cam made us a breakfast platter the eat before that we took to our room. It was so thoughtful since we had no idea where to get breakfast at the early hour of our departure! The room was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub after a few days of hiking. Just a 7 minute walk to the heart of Aspen! Reuben was just simply AMAZING. It is so hard to find customer service like that. He was excellent, very personable, thoughtful, explained everything about the room and property in detail and very thoroughly. I had an issue when booking online and he didn't hesitate to jump on and help me with the reservation over the phone. He even allowed us to do an early check in, which helped us a lot.
