This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a great single-level layout with a beautiful living area and a large, private deck. Located in the secondary building at Chateau Roaring Fork (not riverfront), this condo is only 4 blocks from Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown. Guests enjoy the upgraded kitchen with alder cabinets, marble countertops, a bar station, an expansive island with seating, and an adjacent washer/dryer. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace and is flanked by a wall of windows toward Durant Ave. with a partial view of Aspen Mountain. \*Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market.

Chateau Roaring Fork's common amenities include an on-site heated pool and hot tubs, an on-site workout facility, an on-site conference room, free on-site parking, and free Wi-Fi.
