Dear Madame, We are happy that you liker our home and that you enjoyed the Breakfast. Now considering your purpose about my wife. You came first at 2:20pm and I received yo and told you that the room wasn’t ready, I proposed to take your luggage (witch you declined) and come back later, you said “Ok, then we’ll go for a glass and come back in a couple of hours (You’re right, couple means two, so my fault). If you would have read all information about our B&B (not Hotel), you would have known that we have check-ins from 6:00 pm (if no previous agreement). This is a logistical issue because we run this place by us 2, wee don’t have any staffs that make the work for us. So you can understand that it takes time to redo the rooms after the morning departures. The real fact about why my wife got upset was that your Son climbed over a CLOSED GATE and my wife found him in our kitchen. A B&B is a private house where we are honoured to receive people and we respect them, I think we could have that in return. If I would have trespassed your gate in Los Angeles, I think the issue would have been much more different. We hope your trip to Prague is going / or went well. Best regards. Carl & Sabine
