I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings. It made it more difficult because things needed to be washed before used because of it, but there was no water. They do a good job with the surface cleaning but you can see the baseboards need cleaned and dust build up around the edges of the room. The shower squealed and we could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us. Overall though, we would definitely go again and this is a great location and a great facility.
