The furniture was comfortable and modern. The master bedroom and bath were both up to date, very nice and everything worked. The kitchen was really well appointed. So, if you like to cook, you should be in good shape. We did bring a cast iron skillet but we both really like to cook. One thing - the internet can be a little spotty at times but that is not the fault of the property owner. Overall, this place was great. I would highly recommend staying here if you are seeking a blend of quiet living that is close to the local nightlife and regional attractions this area has to offer. ##### Brett N. The home has an open floor plan home with newer furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked. A nice dining area and spacious great room. The master bedroom was pretty and had a huge closet. The other 2 bedrooms are small, especially the room with the double bed (had to hang clothes in other rooms because closet was locked). Two small people could not even sleep in that double bed room. Should maybe buy a queen bed and get rid of small useless chest for it to fit well. \*\* The only "not so nice surprise" to this rental is the Basement downstairs is also rented out and they also parked where we did. Suddenly there were strangers at the home and staying in the basement. They have their own entrance, but we thought this was a totally private home. Made it difficult to sit on the deck in case we were overheard... Also made us worried the other people would make noise. They didn't make noise in this case, but we were not expecting extra people in the home at all. I think it should be disclosed in the listing to be completely clear....
