The check in was very quick and easy. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a hot tub room. It worked as it should. Breakfast was good in the morning but fairly limited. Price was reasonable. We had a nice stay.

It’s our second time staying here to visit family near by. Staff is very friendly & helpful. We felt save and will stay there again. The price isn’t bad, we’re retired seniors on a fixed income.

There was no housekeeping. Bed was never made and floors and bathrooms were never cleaned during our three day stay. Used towels were taken every day but no replacement towels were left. I had to go to the front desk each night for new towels and wash cloths. No one at front desk when checking out. Very disappointing stay.

Breakfast didn’t have any fruit and the coffee was terrible. When I checked in the person was pretty rude to begin with. Walls were pretty paper thin and one night there was a lot of noise I had to ask for more soap and for the garbage to be taken away

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is close to the highway and the main road to downtown Hendersonville. It's close to great dining and shopping options.

I stayed for a week and my bed was not made up properly on two days. I had to ask reception for shampoo because none had been left by housekeeping on five of the days.
