The property was new and clean and comfortable. Easy access to the highway. Great parking- the host was so kind and laid back. Even at 9:30 they still hd fresh coffee available and chocolate chip cookies. I would return again!

Property was clean. Rooms were clean too. Breakfast was hot and good choices. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Area felt safe too. 10 minutes to drive to Asheville Visitor Center

Right off the freeway with multiple food options close though walking is a little difficult as no sidewalks. Older hotel which is showing her age and could use updating. Nice breakfast and staff

Property was very nice. Front desk excellent. First night we had an ac issue. Notified front desk on our way out for the day and when we returned the issue was repaired "top notch!" Can't brag enough about that response. AC was like new and super excellent the balance of our stay (3 more days) WILL stay here again. Highly recommended!! P.S. excellent breakfast.

This hotel isn't well maintained. The whole place smells a bit old and smoky. The bathroom has visible poorly done chalks etc. The breakfast is not appetizing at all - the scrambled eggs was crumbly and poorly made, the french toast was thin and not sure if they were grilled or not.

The property is just dated and needs a refresh. There’s peeling paint, drywall holes, caulking coming loose. It does look like there were some attempts to fix things but what I saw was shoddy drywall repairs, caulking that looked like a 10 year old had gotten his dad’s caulk gun and went to work. Some places had been painted over but on the edges, you still see the old paint underneath. It was especially obvious on the door frame where they painted black over white but didn’t paint all the way to the edges. Just a poor look and it feels old and neglected. We won’t be back.

We did NOT enjoy our stay here and will not be back. Our room was not cleaned, although we were told at check in, it would be cleaned everyday. No one came up and fixed the issue either, I ended up having to go downstairs myself to get fresh towels and more trash bags. Room was never cleaned until we checked out, no one in charge offered to correct this problem in any way. Then the morning we are checking out, I go downstairs to my car to smoke a cigarette around 7am. I find a strange homeless man trying to get into my car, I immediately call the hotel and let them know. Again, nothing was really done. They sent an employee in the parking lot to check it out!??? Which of course the guy was long gone by then. Still don’t understand why the police were not called or something more serious. I had seen the guy hanging around the place before this incident so this is a problem for them, probably because it’s not being handled properly. Room was clean I guess, but when you look closer, it’s not. Baseboards were disgusting and as I mentioned, they never cleaned while we were there anyway and it showed. Breakfast SUCKED, thank god it was free. You couldn’t have gave me that, meaning I didn’t eat the breakfast because the eggs were swimming in water!? They mainly had cereal, watery eggs and sausage. Disgusting and super disappointed in this place. Plenty of other options in much better areas for the same price, lesson learned. Never again, never. Look up website reviews, not on here.

Very quiet and modern rooms.Comfortable bed. Location is convenient and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Parking is easy. Breakfast is good, but the breakfast room is rather small and cramped. Staff is nice and helpful.

I visited during the Holidays, and for a run of the mill hotel the staff was very friendly, no hidden fees or issues with pricing on arrival, check in went smooth took less than 2 minutes, complementary breakfast wasn't extravagant obviously but definitely better than many I've had. All around a hidden gem when it comes to affordable Hotels in the Asheville area.

It was difficult to control the temperature of the room and frequently was very warm. The hallway heater was set to 83. The breakfast was good and served quite a variety.
