"We really enjoyed our stay at Moat Farm House. The kitchen is really well equipped with lots of crockery, cooking utensils and 4 ovens! We were a group of 5 couples and this property is great for adults, but with so many ornaments and antique furniture it would be a challenge with children. The bathroom were modern and there was a plentiful supply of hot water. The lane to the house was overgrown, making it very narrow for a car. "A wonderful cottage in a blissful, quiet rural location near Sandwich. Beautifully set up and impeccably clean. Rarely available, it felt homely and comfortable and the lovely owners, who live next door, were extremely welcoming, unintrusively. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be delighted to do so again. (Several booking issues but these were resolved satisfactorily.)"
