I proprietari, che hanno soggiornato in loco, al piano superiore, sono stati gentilissimi, premurosi e grazie ai loro consigli abbiamo conosciuto posti davvero incantevoli. Das Tal ist angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum großzügigen Garten mit Tisch, Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten war angenehm groß für unsere fünfköpfige Familie. Wir waren alleine im ganzen Haus. Die zweite Wohnung im Obergeschoss war nicht genutzt, als wir da waren. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito, fresco, fornito di tutto ciò che serve, ideale per famiglie. Ha un grande balcone che lo aggira su tre lati, nonché un pergolato e giardino tutto intorno in condivisione con gli altri abitanti della villa, con vista sulle colline di Ascea. Godersi la pace della casa fa senz'altro parte della vacanza. Se siete fortunati, oltre a Sonia Testa, che amministra la casa, potrete conoscere anche la bella famiglia della sorella Oriana, suo marito e i suoi tre splendidi figli, che trascorrono lì le vacanze estive, persone cordiali con le quali, se avrete voglia, potrete scambiare due chiacchiere e farvi consigliare dove fare la migliore spesa o quale spiaggia scegliere. Da Ascea Marina è facile compiere escursioni in giornata sia verso nord (Acciaroli, Castellabate), sia verso sud (Palinuro, Marina di Camerota, Policastro), sia verso l'interno del Parco del Cilento, per alternare al mare, il bosco e il fiume. L'edificio è circondato da un grande giardino recintato dove i bambini possono giocare in sicurezza, con uno spazio ben accessibile per cenare all'aperto, con doppio barbecue. Accanto al giardino, ampio parcheggio chiuso da un cancello. Almeno due biciclette disponibili per recarsi in paese, posto ad un paio di chilometri di distanza. Ascea Marina è dotata di ogni servizio, inclusa la farmacia, molti negozi, un meraviglioso piccolo mercato quotidiano dei coltivatori diretti, un grande mercato al giovedì. L'appartamento è ampio e ben suddiviso, soggiorno spazioso, tavolo da pranzo che ospita sino ad 8 persone, grande cucina sufficientemente arredata e dotata. Acqua calda e fredda disponibile senza limitazioni di orario e ottimo servizio di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Abbiamo ricevuto l'appartamento in buono stato di pulizia. L'ospite e gli altri famigliari, ancor più che gentili, sono stati molto cordiali, con scambio di informazioni, di alimenti tipici e reciproci inviti a pranzo. Un soggiorno di grande soddisfazione, quindi, che raccomando senza riserve (l'ideale occupazione è di 5 persone, noi eravamo tre adulti e due bambini). Qualche suggerimento per migliorare? Dotare l'appartamento di un secondo bagno, dotare la cucina di una lavastoviglie; migliorare la qualità delle prese di corrente, poco solidali alla loro nicchia; nel soggiorno - sala da pranzo, mettere un robusto divano; svuotare completamente armadi e cassetti del soggiorno e delle stanze da contenuti non funzionali, per lasciarne libera disponibilità agli affittuari. Questo appartamento può essere la base di numerosissime escursioni nei dintorni, da belle spiagge a luoghi pieni di storia come Paestum, da santuari a grotte naturali. Gli italiani conoscono ancora poco il Cilento, molti lo confondono con il Salento! I ristoranti dei dintorni? Prevalentemente stagionali, non cari ma un po' improvvisati. Data la disponibilità di meravigliosa frutta e verdura, di ottima carne e di buon pesce, è assai più raccomandabile, per chi ne ha la passione, sbizzarrirsi a cucinare da sè. In fondo, il Cilento, non è la patria, riconosciuta dall'UNESCO, della "dieta mediterranea" che - accanto a invidiabili ricette - raccomanda la convivialità sia nella preparazione che nel consumo dei pasti ? ##### Gaetano Maria F. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottimo stato, perfettamente pulita e dotata di biancheria ed asciugamani profumati. La proprietaria è stata gentile, rispettosa della nostra privacy, ma comunque disponibile ad assecondare ogni nostra necessità. Une propriétaire très accueillante et désireuse de tout mettre en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse et les citronniers du jardin. Il faut absolument disposer d'une voiture pour aller à la plage par exemple ou faire ses courses. La location est toute proche du parc national "del Cilento" qui est absolument magnifique et que nous avons eu plaisir à découvrir. ##### marie-christine p. ---
