"The hotel has buggies at the bust stop which is very good, my experience with the drivers of those buggies were a bit inconsistent some of them are very agitated and driving like it’s a video game while others showed excellent customer service.
When I arrived in the buggy with my massive piece of luggage I was met by an amazing gentleman managing the valet or the concierge as he quickly looked around to see if there are any bill boys in sight and there was none he helped with the luggage and instructed the buggy driver to take me in until he hands me to a bill boy
This was one of the quickest check in experience I ever had in Makkah! I usually expect long queues and wait time of checking in at any of the Haram area hotels but this was under 5 minutes
The bus to Al Haram is not worth the ride , the drop of is a 10 minutes walk from the closest door and an elevator ride down to the closest holy mosque gate so walking from the hotel and taking the buggy is a quicker option.
Tried the room service and the food was quick and very well made, potion was big and the room service delivery staff was very polite.
Overall experience was up to the Marriott standards which is great for a city like Makkah. "
