Situata in uno scenario unico, tra i monoliti modellati dal vento, Villa Zefiro, situata a Porto Cervo nel cuore della Costa Smeralda, è una raffinata villa di recente costruzione con vista mare sull’isola di Caprera, immersa nella vegetazione mediterranea e in un giardino di 10.000 metri quadri.  
Gode di assoluta privacy e relax, a pochi minuti dalle spiagge di Poltu Quatu e a pochi passi dell'eliporto di Liscia di Vacca, in una delle zone più esclusive della Costa Smeralda.

La villa, costruita secondo i più alti standard con arredi di pregio e ottime finiture, è composta da un corpo principale, contenente un ampio soggiorno che si affaccia su una spaziosa veranda con zona pranzo, da cui si può ammirare l'incantevole vista sul mare e per serate conviviali.  
La cucina professionale è dotata di tutto il necessario, con isola di cottura, cantina, doppio frigorifero, doppio forno e doppio piano cottura.  
  
La zona notte con lenzuola Mastro Raphael, ospita una master suite con vista mare e terrazza privata, una camera matrimoniale con vista mare e una camera con letto a castello con una meravigliosa vista sui monoliti secolari; entrambe dotate di bagno privato.  
Scendendo di piano, c'è una seconda ala completamente indipendente dalla villa, composta da un soggiorno e una cucina attrezzata, una zona pranzo all'aperto, una suite con cabina armadio e una camera matrimoniale tutte con bagno annesso.  
  
Dall'area relax esterna è possibile accedere a due depandance indipendenti con servizi privati.  
Al centro della proprietà e con vista sul mare, c'è una piscina per adulti realizzata in granito Giallo San Giacomo, a vista sulla panorama.  
  
La struttura è dotata di aria condizionata, riscaldamento, TV satellitare, WI-FI, impianto stereo nel solarium, lavanderia, parcheggio per 4/5 auto, parco giochi per bambini, bar all'aperto, doppio barbecue, calcio balilla, bosco privato attraversato da un torrente lungo 100 metri, ideale per sessioni di yoga.
