"Spotless. Cleanest hotel ever. Amazing service, quiet location. We loved our room. We already booked a deluxe room but received a further upgrade on arrival. We felt like we had the resort to ourselves. Poolside restaurants were great. The staff was amazing. The pool is fantastic. Just a few suggestions for improvement to earn 5 stars: 1). The pool was completed unheated and freezing. I know cold water plunge is the thing now but it was just not working for me. 2). Transportation. You...
