"Lovely hotel, great location. So close to both Arundel town centre and Littlehampton beach. The rooms were bright and airy, reception and bar staff were helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast in the morning"

The Grand Brighton

The Grand Brighton

10/10 Excellent
"This is a heritage property which has been tastefully renovated. I loved the soft grey colours throughout the hotel & the thick blue carpet in the public areas & Victorian features. There is an open staircase which is really opulent. I walked down 4 floors every morning. On the way up, I never had to wait long for a lift. My room was spacious & had a side view over the west pier and the sea. There was a fridge, ironing board, nespresso machine, aircon, rain shower .. & nothing was lacking. I liked the framed photos and prints dotted around with a Brighton theme. A lot of thought has gone into the decor & comfort for guests. Thanks a lot :)"

"It's a good hotel to stay if you are on a budget, Very close to the sea front, but you have to walk a fair bit to get to any attractions or places to eat, unless you go up to the high street."

The Swan

The Swan

8/10 Good
"Stayed a couple of nights in August. Nice bar and pub restaurant right in the centre of Arundel. On street parking was easy to find on a Sunday night and there's a large Pay and Display car park right at the back of the hotel. Nicely appointed and well-equipped room albeit a bit small for 2 adults and 2 dogs plus luggage to fit commfortably (maybe bigger rooms exist). Helpful staff and a good breakfast included. We found out on departure that they offer a discount for anyone attending cricket at Arundel Castle which is worth knowing for next time. Recommended."
