Nice hotel

Posted 17-Aug-2016
Cons: Along with the pizza hut next to the pool, burgers, sandwiches, and fries would be a nice addition to the menu. More food option
Location: I felt there wasn't much near the hotel, taxi or bus was required
I enjoyed my visit to Aruba, the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The rooms/lobby/pool area were kept very clean.

Great location on beach

Posted 07-Aug-2016
The resort is located on a beautiful white sand beach with palapas for shade. Not a lot of food options right there though. Room was kinda dark. Bedroom has no windows. Overall though staff was great and I'd return.

Buyer beware!

Posted 22-Jul-2016
Pros: The maid service was good.
Cons: Be more friendly to your guest.
Location: To get to any activities, different places to eat, you have to rent a car, take the bus or get a taxi, to far to walk.
Learn from my mistake, If you can't get the Hotel to confirm your reservation," CANCELL." if you don't, when you get there, it's to late. I trusted the booking agent, so I learned the hard way. Make sure you get what you pay for, and you can have a great vacation.

Go to Palm Beach !

Posted 26-Jun-2016
Pros: Decent hotel& facilities ,most rooms has o/c view, but I strongly suggest going to Palm beach for the true Aruba experience Clean but no more than 3*
Cons: A/C
Location: Almost nothing ! This hotel is good for family with small kids and adults65+ .Big grocery store Super food (walking 5 min) nice fish store outside.
Although the climate and beaches in Aruba are absolutely beautiful, I personally suggest staying away from this specific hotel & going somewhere on Palm Beach instead. The resort itself is not very close tothe downtown or the tourist strip , while the resteraunts near by are more expensive than in the centre & not nearly as appetizing. The hotel service was surprisingly unprofessional. We were asked to switch our room 2 days before heading back home, with no advance single except a unfunctional set of keys. The receptionist (Marta)claimed to let us know during check-in & that she left a note but this was not true at all.. I felt as though this hotel was catered to it's locals more than anything. The natural breeze is constant & cooling , but the ac is the room went to a high of 72 degrees Fahrenheit .. Our room was constantly freezing with no fix , you can't even turn it off ! Construction zone (new hotel ) .They renovating room above our 2. Room in the middle of the night (until4am yes 4am ) and start again at8 am .We didn't complain because we will never come back to this hotel. This hotel is timeshare for adults 60+ and family from Venezuela.I don't know how much they payed for 1 week stay but for North American travelers -overpriced .

Hotel close to beach.

Posted 19-May-2016
Pros: Room and access to Eagle beach. Close distance to great supermarket.
Cons: Humidity in rooms.
Location: Eagle beach best beach on the island.
Checkin, checkout was a breeze, The room was nice but stayed damp throughout the trip. We had two small issues with the room (stove and TV) although reponds was prompt it was not fixed or could not be fixed. Age level was between 25 and 65. Mostly american families with kids and older couples and the occational obnoxious american on the beach drinking beer with a loud radio.
