Nice large condos, great pool,

Pros: Great Location and newly renovated rooms..
Cons: Beds could be replaced. Bottom sheets kept rolling up.. Also the pool fountain needs to be fixed as does the dolphin fin which has been broken 3 years
Love Aruba and la cabana ...great hotel on the beach with nice restaurants and shops in their mall.

Nice Hotel, front of the beach.

Pros: The location is excellent, near a supermarket, front of the beach and like 2kms from a lot of restaurants.
Location: You have the beach in front of the hotel
Everything was fine, just the fact that you can't turn off the air conditioner, at least in the room I was. I just were able to cool it or warm it up/down. They only did one full cleaning room in the 7/8 days I stayed. The other days, only change of towels, take out garbage and extend (do) the bed.

Best hotel on Eagle Beach

We had a great 2 days at Lacabana.We wished we would have stayed here for the whole 9 days!! Lots of things to do!!!

Great beach, some misses with hotel staff.

The hotel staff didn't seem friendly to Americans, and I encountered four different receptionists. None of whom were nice. Place was very clean and safe, but a few misses. Our microwave didn't work, so we had to change our lunch plans. My hair dryer didn't work, and the lock between adjoining rooms was broken. The hotel staff came to fix the lock, but they just left the door open and never fixed the lock. On the plus side, the location was awesome. The beach was large and quiet. Food at the restaurant was good, and many others within walking distance. It was cheap to get a cab to go shopping at the high rises or downtown.

Location/Nice Beach but Poor Service/Over Priced

Pros: Location & Beach
Cons: Better overall management of staff, especially in scheduling sufficient number of staff. Staff attitude came off as very indifferent to guest concerns
Location: Beach and pool, not much else
Not a good way to end a wonderful vacation. Spent 1/1/2 days at a poorly managed facility with indifferent staff. Way over priced for experience. Had to wait 5 hours for the room, yes we did arrive early, but were told they would prioritize getting a room. Finally had access to room 2 hours after it was promised. Restaurant options very limited with one of the two options closed. Very short staffed for cleaning. Pre-charge of $75 for beach towels (credited if none missing at end of stay) At $278 after tax per 20 hour period I do not see the value and will find other lodging on my next trip.

I paid a what I think about 200 a nite fir a very nice room but with no view only a view of a very busy road and a parking lot
