Thank you very much for your great review. We are sorry for your opinion about the hotel parking and we would like you to tell us what your difficulties have been when using it. As indicated, in addition to our own parking, there are different alternatives such as nearby public parking lots or the possibility of parking the vehicle on the streets surrounding the hotel. We are pleased to know that the treatment provided by our helpful staff and our breakfast buffet were to your complete satisfaction. The hotel has different types and sizes of rooms and all of them have the same high level of equipment. Muchas gracias por sus comentarios y su buena valoración. Sentimos su parecer acerca de la limpieza ya que es una de las cosas que más y mejor valoran nuestros huéspedes. Por otra parte estamos en época estival y la ocupación del hotel es total, teniendo que priorizar las habitaciones de salida ya que las llegadas se producen de manera inminente y constante y tenemos que poder disponer de ellas lo más pronto posible. Ello hace que tengamos que retrasar la limpieza de las habitaciones ocupadas para poder satisfacer la urgente demanda ya que la hora de entrada al hotel es a las 13.00 horas con tan solo una hora de margen desde la salida de los clientes que se produce al mediodía. Sentimos su malestar y apelamos a su comprensión y empatía. Nuestro personal hace todo lo posible y más para el bienestar de todos nuestros clientes de la forma más rápida y eficiente posible.

Nuestro hotel está construido desde el año 2002, y continuamente se han ido realizando distintos cambios y mejoras, si bien nuestros baños no son lo último en tendencias pero son de marcas conocidas y de calidad, con un diseño atemporal que nos permite mantenernos actualizados.
