Within walking distance you can quickly reach the restaurants and the small supermarkets. A pharmacy, a small fishing and yachting harbor and a bank are also located in this romantic former fisherman and farmer place. The house was completely renovated in 2019, very lovingly furnished and mostly newly furnished. The new kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan and large fridge. Also, with a variety of newly purchased small electrical appliances, cookware and kitchen utensils to any needs thought in order to be able to pamper yourself on holiday culinary. The base of the bath has been optimally designed with a 100 x 100 cm shower, toilet and sink and equipped with high quality fittings. In winter, the bathroom is pleasantly heated with the help of a towel radiator. Both in the two bedrooms, as well as in the living-dining area, there is an air conditioner for pleasant cooling in the summer and for cozy warming in winter.
