"Parking on site was easy; meal on roof-top bar was very good; hotel only ten minutes walk from Grand Place and Place des Heros so very conveniently sited. (NB Summer 2026 Musee des Beaux Arts closed long term for renovation - if you want to visit check up before you go.)"

"Although it doesn’t look like much from outside, the hotel boasts a well-maintained interior. Set in a small town, it has its own secure parking (free of charge) and served as an ideal stopover for a family (2 adults and 2 children) on the way to the channel tunnel early the next morning. We didn’t need the breakfast so can’t comment, however the room was clean and comfortable. It could benefit from in-room kettle to make it that little bit more homely, but we have used the hotel twice now and would use again if we were travelling in France."

"We stayed for one night on our way back to Calais. We had a lovely junior suite which had a huge comfy bed and an additional seating area. Hotel was very well located for central Arras and a 10 minute walk to the Squares and its side streets. There was lots of local restaurants and bars in the area, as well as local shops. Unfortunately we stayed Saturday night so as is common in France, very little was open on the Sunday morning when we had time to look around. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was very very hot, especially on the second floor, but they had provided a lovely big fan which was very welcome. On our arrival, there was only one staff member who seemed to be running the entire hotel- checking in new guests, organising parking for a group of bikers who arrived just after us, dealing with existing guests, answering the phone/gate, and serving at the bar. While he was lovely, helpful and cannot fault him or his professionalism, this meant that he was not able to give as much attention to existing guests. We had hoped for a drink in the bar, but he was dealing with so many things we felt we couldn't bother him. Lovely breakfast with a range of options from cold meats, pastries, cooked items, toast, and fruit (and they'd increased staffing for the morning!)."

"We stayed in the loft. It was ok. No aircon as far as we could tell, however it was quite cool on a very hot day (35+ deg c). Restaurant and breakfast is too expensive. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so not great for if you want to go do stuff in town. Staff were friendly and accommodating."
