Schöne Wohnung an ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung liegt im 3ten Stock, in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnquartier ausserhalb und oberhalb von Arona. Die Etage ist bequem per Lift erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist mit allem Komfor ausgetattet und verfügt über mehrere grosse Balkons. Der zumietbare Tiefgaragenplatz ist für breite Fahrzeuge jedoch nicht geeignet.

Diese FeWo können wir mit ruhigen Gewissen absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und Ausstattung ist prima. Auf den zwei Balkons kann man die Umgebung genießen. Lediglich das WLAN könnte etwas besser sein, da nur in den Schlafzimmern empfangbar.

Großzügige Wohnung und toller Balkon mit Aussicht

Der Balkon geht in drei Himmelrichtungen. Schöne Aussicht. Sehr ruhiges Haus und Anwohner. Es scheint eine etwas bessere Gegend zu sein. Innerhalb ein paar Minuten ist man in Arona.

Sehr schöne Aussicht aber die Wohnung müsste besser gepflegt werden.Stühle und balkonmöbel in sehr schlechten zustand bzw.defekt.Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeit fast keine alles belegt durch Bewohner und Anlieger.Wohnung würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte...

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte FeWo mit einem wunderschönen Seeblick, auf den Balkonen in 3 Himmelsrichtungen konnte man am ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Sehr freundliches Willkommen (ital. sprechend) durch die Mutter der Vermieterin.Knapp bemessen ist der Parkraum in Wohnungsnähe, meistens entlang der Zufahrtsstraße Sehr ärgerlich die Art der Nebenkostenabrechnung (scheint eine Anweisung der Gemeinde Arona gewesen zu sein) obwohl die Heizung nur an 3 Tagen stundenweise gebraucht wurde (unser gesamter Gasverbrauch war nur 1 Kubikmeter) mußten wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen den Betrag von 100 Euro bezahlen. In Vor– oder Nachsaison würden wir die FeWo sicherlich nicht mehr buchen, 10 Euro/Tag sind einfach zu viel! Reisetipps: Wunderschöne Ausflüge in der Region rund um Arona und Stresa usw. mit den traditionsreichen Städtchen am Lago Maggiore, buntes Treiben auf den Märkten in Arona, Luino und Intra, aber auch ein schneller Ausflug nach Mailand und Como
