This hotel is barely a 4 star. Its a lilttle run down due to its waterfront location. Staff are ok- waiting or just not getting things is normal here- can't complain about everything it just puts a damper. Website was very misleading- below expectations. Nice promenade along waterfront, had a great meal at Sirena.

Very limited parking at hotel. Room very small, no coffee/tea maker. Not value for money. Hotel a bit tired.

Coffee facilties are only available in superior rooms but if you need a kettle , you only need to ask for tea service by our reception. At the check-in was everything very nice and they welcome us very nicely because of privilege status. They give us a warm welcome and the staff was very nice. I get completely disappointed when we get into the room. While very clean, VERY small. But what totally disappointed me was that terrace that was supposed to be ‘privilege’. Turns out you can't have your curtains open because the people walking outside on that terrace can see in. So if you're thinking about this hotel, my personal take is that the privilege floor is not privileged at all; on the contrary, I would have loved to be on a different floor. Everything else like the staff, the food and the shows was great! I will come back but not to that floor! 😅

We feel a bit disappointed you didn't inform us that you didn't like the location of your room as the privilege rooms are located on the sixth, seventh and eight floor and we could have change your room. Usually guests prefere the sixth floor because it's closer to the lounge but of course it depedns of preferences. Property in need of some modernisation. My room was small for 3 adults and the aircon was insufficient. The room however was kept clean and fresh towels delivers daily if needed. The staff were amazing and the hotel kept clean inside and out. Ample choice for breakfast (I booked b&b) all fresh. Enjoyed my stay

It's guest option to add a third bed but of course it will take part of the space available. We recommend you to book a Junior suite for families. The hotel location was great, near the nice beach and all the nice restaurants and shops, The staff were very welcoming and nice. Dislikes: Hotel had small cockroaches in the room, make sure you close luggage or bags specifically for your dedicated kids skin, however i have heard most of hotels have cockroaches, so its not this hotel only.

I truly loved all the staff! Very helpful and friendly! Did not like the fact that you had to pay for a hot tub or that you had to make an appt for the gym. That was very inconvenient and the gym VERY small so they only allowed 4 people in at a time. There were also too many rules surrounding making appts for meal times. Most all inclusive hotels allow me to go straight to dine and not have to stop and make An appt for each meal. The absolute best time was the live entertainment they had every night but the wifi was terrible. Beautiful infinity pool over looking the ocean was phenomenal!

Lovely break in the heart of Las Americas
Last minute booking. Hotel was lovely. Let down by carpeted corridors leading to rooms looking very worn/stained. However, stepping in to the rooms the room was immaculate. Im always disappointed when you book meals and drinks are not included, even water. Overall a great stay just a few niggles.

Make sure your room has a double bed even if solo
Everything is 10/10 for this hotel even after the Covid-19 measure that are in place. Hotel is clean Food is great Drinks service is excellent with all premium brands used Pool is super nice All staff are friendly Would definitely The only thing is to make sure you get a room with a double bed. Having two single beds was super annoying because they was on wheels and moved all the time.

Not again. Far better for same money nearby
with the honourable exception of Bradley on reception , I found the staff to be generally , sometimes wilfully, unhelpful . When paying £100 a night I do not expect to have to pre- book my breakfast time the night before on a screen like those in McDonalds , sometimes having to queue to do so. No doubt ‘because of covid ‘. Well , I’ve stayed in many hotels over the last 15 months and not had to do this . I was refused a late check out as the hotel was full. However, I’m sure they weren’t clean all the rooms on the stroke of 12 and all new guests checking in at 2. It could have been arranged if the staff had actually wanted to . This was no surprise . After a full week I’d become accustomed to such indolence .

The hotel was lovely, however spa wasn't open, probably due to covid. Due to there not being many people in the hotel, the buffet was only on a few days and the rest you ate in the a la carte. This was a free upgrade but unfortunately there wasn't a lot of choice, so you were eating the same things quite a lot. Reckon this would have been great if everything was open.

ROOMS: Booked a standard room. The room was the smallest I have ever seen in a 4 star hotel. Upgraded it to junior suite and received a room equivalent to a standard one in another location (in from of the seaside) at a 5 star. The first 2 days we had to call to have the room cleaned. The last two days there were coakroaches (maybe this a general environmental issue in Canary) SERVICE: The service was: 1) excellent at the COVID security check at the entrance 2) average at the reception 3) unfriendly at the swimming pool bar POSITION The hotel is excellently placed from Las Americas. OTHER The swimming pool area are excellent. The app system to book the self-service is intuitive and useful. In general the Corona management from entrance to internal management is well executed Conclusion: the place is excellent if you are looking for a place attached to Las Americas beach (reachable in 1 min) and you are available to pay more for this asset while not expecting to have any price linked perk.

Food was very good. Wifi weak. Only pool bar was open at night and did not like being served a gin and tonic in a plastic beaker! Glases were used for beer and wine.

Great relaxing weekend break
Have stayed at the Conquistador a few times. I have to say the hotel has excellent measures in place for dealing with the Covid situation. The room was looking rather tired also stains on the wall as if someone had shaken a can of fizzy drink and sprayed them. However the bedding was immaculate and the general cleanliness was very good. I did point this out to the to Guest Services as feedback not a complaint. I should make it clear I was offered a room change which I declined as was only there for the weekend. I would certainly stay again. Great Location and the staff service is excellent all working very hard through this difficult time.

We stayed at Conquistador during a covid-19 lockdown. Whilst we were confined to our rooms or six days only to leave for meals within the hotel, H10 and particularly the staff did everything they could to ease the disruption and loss of our holiday. All meals were provided we had booked a b&b stay. Staff were pleasant and very attentive, always smiling to ease our disappointment. Regularly they enquired to ensure we had everything we needed in the room. Nothing was too much trouble.

Location of hotel is great, clean and tidy, helpful staff. Nice large pool and pool area. Buffet food very bland, we were there for a week after 3 nights we ate out for the rest of the week. Deposit for pool towels, WHY? It took nearly and hour to get the towels.

amazing hotel
Amazing hotel , we chose the privilege package and was so glad we did. 10/10, the senses restaurant and the Sakura were absolutely amazing food and entertainment wise, this hotel is beautiful the spa is really nice even though it’s a bit dated , everything was great the only annoying part were the lifts, sometimes had to wait ages for a lift to take us to the 7th floor but other than that it was perfect, I will be back

Great location good food except buffer area. Major issues with door control entry system throughout 11 night stay remained unresolved. Only real option for dining is to pay premium for speciality restaurants or dine out.
