Our apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features: \- Master bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with blackout blinds. \- Separate bathroom. \- Living/dining room with a Smart TV, desk area, double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction stove. \- Washing machine, clothesline, and covered parking. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and furnished, including a refrigerator. The residential complex also has a reception, 24/7 security and concierge service, and an elevator. Come and enjoy an unforgettable stay in our modern furnished apartment. VISITORS • Visitors are only allowed if the apartment’s maximum capacity is not exceeded. Visits are allowed before 6:00 p.m. • After 6:00 p.m., if there is available capacity, visitors must be added as registered guests, which may sometimes incur an additional fee. • Visitors must provide their full name and ID at the building reception.
