Great hotel
"Great location in central Chicago. Staff were very polite and courteous. Large room and shower in particular was fantastic. "

"friendly hotel with quick elevators. You can re-fill two water bottels from the room downstairs in the little shop in the lobby. A larger shop is just across the street, also small restaurants serving good food. The breakfast is good, however no buffet unfortunatley. Also, the restaurant is pretty expensive. People are very friendly."
