Located in Arles, Villa Yana offers step-free access and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The 171 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 extra toilets, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, plus books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Please note, bath towels are not provided.  
  
The private outdoor area includes a heated pool, garden, open-air terrace, barbecue, and playground. Four parking spaces are available on the property, plus an additional spot in the garage. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.  
  
The property offers storage for motorcycles and bicycles. It features water- and energy-saving devices, with some electricity supplied by solar panels. Convenient self check-in is provided. The pool is heated to 28°C from mid-May to mid-September. Charging electric vehicles from the house’s electrical system is strictly prohibited.
