Excellent location. Very clean. Lovely reception staff, so helpful. A close hardworking team make this a safe and enjoyable base. Express breakfast was delicious dreaming of the coffee and cantaloupe now. Will return.

The property is conveniently located, virtually the first thing you will see after passing through the old city walls. The staff is helpful, pleasant and multi-lingual. We had a junior suite, which was very comfortable and spacious. The weather was quite warm during our stay, but the AC in the room did a good job of making the room comfy. The one thing I missed was a coffee maker, but the hotel does provide instant coffee and tea, along with a kettle. They also have a nice buffet breakfast (though one could find cafes offering petit dejeuner very near by).

Well placed comfortable hotel
Nice friendly hotel, about a 10minute walk from the railway station to just inside the city wall. Space for parking outside the wall and a Monoprix just the opposite side of the roundabout. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn't get the A/C to work, but didn't really need either. There is a small fridge for cooling drinks. Reception sells anti-mosquito spray which you should either buy, or bring some with you. Arles is a safe pleasant place, plenty to see, especially the photographic exhibition, although the quality varies from year to year. Hotel offers two kinds of breakfast an express service for 7.50 euros and a buffet for 15.00 euros. I couldn't get a receipt having paid, apparently I have to right to Hotels.com to get a receipt. Staff friendly and helpful. Just note that on Sunday a lot of places close after noon.

Perfect for three or four nights
Terrific location, close to the railway station, though I did not find it immediately. It is immediated behind Arles (gates), two round edifices. Perfect for 3 nights. Ample breakfast should you go for the full combo. I had the Express. Great artisanal bread, and croissant and high quslity preserves. Good coffee too.

Lovely family run hotel.
The staff were fantastic - happy, friendly, made us feel welcome and were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was great, just inside the old city walls so it was easy to get parking only a short distance away. Easy walk to the major sites of the old city and close to a variety of dining options. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel with helpful staff but the rooms are tiny. Good express or buffet breakfast and good building security. Unfortunately, there is dog poop everywhere because apparently it is beneath the people of Arles to clean up after their animals. Not the hotel's fault....but dogs allowed to defecate in front of people dining in cafes while the owners are oblivious to this absolute lack of regard for others.

The hotel is in a great location-so close to everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!!

Good place for the money in Arles.
Stayed here on a bike trip and they stored our bicycles in a safe place. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Clean, quiet and good service
Hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. WiFi was sometimes temperamental but had good speed when working. Breakfast was disappointing but I do appreciate with covid it would be difficult to offer the same service.

This property is very close to the train station but also very near the historic sites in Arles. The hotel is well appointed and well kept. We were very pleased with our accommodations.

The hotel is good enough for two of us with the reasonable price. The room is small but the location is good which is close to the train station and 5 mins of walking to the center of the old town. The breakfast was a good deal (9 euro). Overall it is a good choice if price and location are important.

Lovely for one night stay
Family room was very nice - 1 double bedroom and a separate room with sofa bed. Air conditioning could have worked better but was fine (mid August). Lots of options at breakfast too. Very helpful reception staff who indicatedwhere to park cheapy nearby. Easy access on foot to beautiful Arles.

Perfectly sited inside City wall
Right inside the ancient walls, by pleasant Restaurents the hotel is quiet. Rooms are a little small, but it all works well,& breakfast is good.
