Located away from mass tourism, the finca is the ideal starting point for everyone who wants to design their vacation individually.

The idyllic property is located on a 4000 square meter quiet plot in La Sabinita, a small suburb of Arico Viejo and has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Patio and pool invite you to relax.

Beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door.

The climbing and bouldering Eldorado Arico is only a few kilometers away.

Small, original beaches can also be reached quickly.

Geocachers will also get their money's worth here.

The house is newly renovated and offers all the comfort you need on vacation: a large terrace to relax, a double bed, a large sofa with sleeping space for 2 more, shower and bathtub, a kitchenette, washing machine, television and WiFi. A barbecue area in the cozy patio and a brine swimming pool are available for common use. A further three studios are rented. The entire property is lovingly created with local plants. Sufficient parking spaces are available.

Excellent set up and great host.
We rented to see what living off the coast and into the hills would be like. The set up is great, all amenities there were well looked after and we felt we had the place to ourselves even though there were other guests. Very peaceful and night and great for star gazing. We did not use the pool as weather was not hot enough, but we did BBQ a couple of times which was lovely. The log burner was a nice feature but was needed at night. For us a little too remote and we liked to be back before dark as did not fancy driving up to the a accommodation in darkness. Overall we were well looked after by our host and the facilities and set up were excellent. Many thanks Lisa and Jay

Quiet, calm vacation retreat far off the beaten path.
This is a beautiful, well maintained, well equipped retreat property. The property is beautifully laid out with pool, garden and nice views. You'll definitely need a car to get around to and from the property. It's far away from any main attractions and very quiet but if that doesn't bother you then this is the place for you. The only complaint that we would have if that we, who are from southern California, found the lager unit we rented to be a little colder than for our tastes. The owner does have a nice enclosed fireplace that warms up the living area very toasty but it required burning wood all the time you were in the living area, this being January you really couldn't expect the best weather and the bedroom has a small useful heater you can use. . The units are equipped with everything you would need. Overall this is a really wonderful property and you will enjoy your stay there.

Super cosy place with incredible view
Amazing spot with beautifull outdoor space and incredible view. Perfect place to disconnect and chill. The house was very cosy and with my bf we enjoyed a lot to spend the evenings relaxing on the huge sofa in front of the chimney.

House in the hills.
If you are looking for somewhere a little out of the way, but with good access to major routes and resorts, this could be your ideal place to stay. A real retreat, away from it all; with great facilities and a pool for a dip at the end of a hot day.

Lovely elevated hillside retreat
A good sized apartment. Excellent furnishing, decoration, condition and equipment. Friendly and helpful hosts. Stunning views down to the coast and across to Gran Canaria on a clear day. Can feel cold when the sun doesn't shine. The wood burner in the living room quickly makes it snug. Overall we were very content with our stay there.

beautiful casita
Thoughtful layout made it feel like we had our own lovely little house with outdoor living space, while sharing the pool with its stunning view over the ocean. The casita was beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for cooking, etc. - it was not only comfortable but aesthetically delightful. The hosts were helpful and welcoming, giving guidance on hikes and places to eat. Be ready for a bit of a drive off the main road up some roads with switchbacks; the benefit is a quiet, peaceful setting and unbelievable stars at night. We loved it!

A well equipped property ideal for getting away from it all
When Pippo met us he said that we were going to “the end of the world”. This place is out of the way but certainly not isolated and if it is the end of the world, the end of the world is rather nifty. A great place to relax, Pippo and Karin are great hosts who respected our privacy. We enjoyed our stay here and it is a great base. All you need for a peaceful relaxing break.

We stayed a week in this property, and we really didn't want to leave. The ambience was so relaxing, the owners Karin and Pippo so nice. The evenings were quite chilly, but it was very cosy inside with the wood burning stove going. We shall definitely return.

Oasis on Tenerife
Our ten day stay at this lovely Casita was a wonderful experience. Karin and Pippo have created an oasis . A truly welcoming place to return to after our daily adventures hiking, exploring this incredibly diverse island. The casita is very beautifully appointed with attention to detail in everything from the decor inside and outside. We highly recommend Karin and Pippo’s Finca
