Near the sea, this vacation apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends, is located on the 3rd floor and comprises a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
  
The advantages of this seaside vacation rental: balcony with outdoor furniture, sea view, television, washing machine, and air conditioning.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
